Looks interesting, I'll second the Joytech quality issue though. I've had 2 twists die in the past few weeks. One was the displaced button issue and the other just stopped firing, I susspect this is also a button issue. That being said I still really like the twist. I still have 1 1000 and 3 650s. The 1000mah is kind of long. Need 3 650s to feel safe I won't run out of power b4 I get home late in the evening.

I think there needs to be a smaller Ego than even the Twist 650.. then there'd be a serious winner. This looks even bigger than that. I guess that's why the twist went with the dial on the bottom, to save whatever space they could.

Vision has a Twist knock-off called the Spinner. the larger size is available already. it will be available in all sizes, including 300mah. im interested to see just how small they can make a VV device. pics here, but hard to see the size comparison.

So I recently purchased a SS Vtube mini, and yesterday I was on the Lavatube noob thread discussing some things when someone posted a link to this "Super Ego variable voltage" battery. I went to take a peek and the vendor happened to be less a 10 miles from me so I was curious enough to place an order and go pick it up today. There isn't a great deal of info on the specs for this thing, but it's made by Trueman, which is the company who makes Riva I think. The battery is 650 mah and adjusts from 3.0v - 6.0v in 0.1 increments. Has a blue led display that shows voltage, number of puffs, and battery life by of # bars. Basically operates just like the LT. I have nothing to measure the output so I can't verify what it's really operating at, but I can say after just a few hours of use it damn near stacks up to my Vtube and outperforms the twist IMO. I just bought a new red 650 twist and this battery is probably a full inch longer to accommodate the LED display. It doesn't use a regular ego charger, rather a tiny usb that plugs into the bottom of the device but you have to remove the end cap.

This was not a review as I'm not qualified to give one, but I'm liking this thing so far. I'm sure the next 2 versions we will see some improvements but this is where the industry is headed and expensive mods will have some serious competition from overseas soon.

Here's the battery Super Variable Voltage eGo

The best part is the price of $31.95, and with a 20% off coupon it was like $26. Like I said, move over twist.

well they were out of stock same as the link on PBusado's review but found it on freE-cig and just ordered one, really like that I can charge with a standard ego type charger incase I forget the usb one

oh and here's the link for it Ego Pass-through VV (Black)

will be my first VV as all I've had so far is the Smoktech ego style battery I got with the kit I bought

I've had mine for a few days (picked it up from discountvapers.com) and it's a nice device. One thing though - if using as a passthrough - plug it into a 2a source. Plugging it into a 500ma (like most computer ports) causes it to do weird things (scrolling through the voltages, continuously firing after you let go of the button).

Also, if anybody know where to find another cable or what kind of USB plug it is, let me know. It's smaller than a micro-USB plug.

Hi, does it have the cap for where the usb connection is, like so to hide it when not charging?

yes it does I'll put a link to Pbusardo's review of it on youtube which will show it and so ya know how it looks different from the kgo VV passthrough also know as the ego-v (found out in my search of a site that sold it and was NOT sold out that most of the time it was the kgo VV passthrough)

I just got mine yesterday evening(was in the mail when I got home) I am liking it so far, though I am planning on getting a 2 A wall plugin since it does every so often(seems to be when it's almost full charge after charging and still connected ) it randomly scrolls the volltage but other then that for what it is at the price it is compared to Vmax and Provari type VV's I think it's great, plus if I get the money saved up for a Provari and Z-atty this will definatly be my backup, and though thinking of getting a second one.

I bought one from Discount Vapors and was impressed enough to get the second. It charges pretty quick off my USB ports. Puts out nice clouds with clearos

definately does some nice clouds with the ViVi Nova / mini vivi

only have had mine for 3 days but I am liking it, seriously thinking of getting a second one so I can have a back up VV and the price isn't bad either
