Moved from ego twist to istick 20

I have been asking questions recently about my mouth and tongue burning. I have gotten some great advice and have tried them all. I drink a gallon of water a day, using high vg all natural juice, no artificial flavoring, lowered my nic level and using biotene. It does seem like it got a little better for a while since using the natural flavors. I have been using the ego twist for about a year off and on and never really had this problem. I bought the istick 20 and nautilus mini because I have never really gotten a whole lot of taste from my ego and small carto. My question is can it be this set up that is burning my mouth? Is it that much stronger? When I bought it they told me to run it between 8-10 watts. The atomizer is 1.8. Thanks for all the help!!

hi Jan. I really don't have experience with your health issues concerning vape. I run my Mini at 12W on fruit juices and less for bakery's. If you're getting juice "spitting" up into your mouth causing the problem you are probably tank flooded. If that's the problem I'd suggest a slower draw, less suction. Another option if thats the issue is to take a draw with the tank upside down so that the juice cannot enter the wick. With this you may get some residual juice into your mouth, just spit it onto a napkin. You DO NOT want to draw until you get a dry hit.

The only other advice I could offer is to use the search box at the top right corner of every page or look here : Health, Safety and Vaping

Good luck.
