so im sitting here , with my leg healing ,watching some tv , and the movie "drag me to hell" is on. i usually dont watch horror movies , because i have a very active imagination for a grown man , and as much as i dont believe in religion , i do get that creepy feeling about supernatural forces.

needless to say , this movie is not only scary in a demon/supernatural way , it has those great startle moments , and the whole disgusting element is there too.

oh the disgusting element of this movie made me actually gag...

i knew there was a reason i dont believe in funerals...only cremation...

ok im done being a baby , anyone seen the flick?

As soon as she dropped the envelope in her boyfriend's car I knew it was all over.... hova if you haven't seen The Haunting in Connecticut I recommend it. There is one f'ed up dutch movie called The Human Centipede. You could check that out as well. but I warn you, the dude who wrote that one must not have been normal.

believe it or not i kept freaking myself out , cause we can only smoke in our bathroom(apartment) , and of course theres like 6 mirrors on the vanity , so i avoided looking at them , as mirrors are sort of a pet peeve of mine , especially after a horror movie...

and of course i had a dream where i was little again , that old gypsy ..... was there , messing with my hair , and my mom was like "ok i gotta go to work i love you see you later" and just walked away. i tried screaming mom , but hardly anything came out. once she left the old gypsy was yanking my hair and i woke up in a cold sweat...

i hate horror movies...maybe tonight ill just watch some nice "arachnaphobia" ... that only screwed me up as a kid...

I saw it not too long ago. Typical Raimi. Lots of grotesque imagery, quite campy, all in all, a lot of fun! Sam has cornered the market on horror done with tongue and cheek, wink and nod humor. An excellent example I can remember is after Ash cuts of his hand in "Evil Dead II" and puts it under a bucket, he then stacks books on the bucket. The top book of course is "A Farewell to Arms."

So, what are some of the scariest movies you've seen?
