Moving around on the forum

Is there a way to go from conversation topics back to forum subjects without using the back button on computer. Is there anything like
return to message list. If you use the back button and are on page 4 you have to hit the back button 4 times.

martha, in the left top corner of each page are live links , for example this page shows

ecf - announcements - site feedback and help

those should get you back where you came from
