Hello, I have a question that's a little hard to explain but I really would appreciate any help with my problem!

I'm completely out of coils now for my tank, and until I can get some tomorrow, I had to scrounge around in my desk to find some of my old "Apollo E-Cig" cigarette style batteries. I had two, one was a "Standard" battery, the other was their "extreme" battery.

Each battery has a screw on cartomizer that is identical for both batteries except for the threading... they don't fit interchangeably because the threading where it screws on is different for each.

My problem is, I only still have the charger for my extreme battery. I also don't have any good blank cartomizers for it left though, only one that is burnt, and gunked up.

I do however have a still good cartomizer for the standard battery.

Is there anyway I can remove the cotton and coil from the good cartomizer and move it to the casing for the burnt out one so it still fits on my battery that I can charge? When a cartomizer tastes "burnt" and gunked up, is it just the inner cotton all rolled up? Can I remove that and wrap the new one around it? Do I have to remove that tube/coil or whatever that thing is to get the taste out?

I haven't messed around with cartomizers in over a year and moved on immediately to my Ego so I don't know how these work. Thanks!

There really is no way to salvage the one that is burnt and gunked the above poet is really the only thing you can try and its no easy task. I tried a few a while back just for fun and I couldnt do it without harming the coil.

You are not going to be able to remove the "guts" from one cartomizer and put them in another. You cant open them to reconnect or properly disconnect the coil. What type of tank is your new tank? We may be able to help you find a way to get by the day on it a bit more realistically.
