So I ordered some liquid from Mr. E, my normal ADV jade tiger and some jade ice for my gf to try out. I ordered the new 120ML size of jade tiger and 18ml of jade ice and used the standard shipping as I have will my previous orders which usually arrive within 2-3 days (michigan to florida). Here is where the issue started, the order was shipped out on the 21st, then passed through the USPS sort facility in grand rapids michigan on the 22nd and disappeared. There was no further movement in tracking info as well I never received my juice.
I contacted Mr. E through the website messaging system, and the shipping manager Dave was responding. I will not go into details but after speaking with Dave through a couple of messages he took care of me straight away. He sent me my complete order again via USPS Express mail (overnight). And I just received it not 5mins ago, boy was it a relief as well since Jade Tiger is my ADV, I was on my last tank full of it.
So for me Mr. E is definitely customer oriented for sure, A++ in my book and I will not hesitate to order from them again, however I think I will use Priority mail from now just to be safe!
