I placed an order for Mr. e-liquid and my package came in abused by the USPS. There were 2-36ml bottles of juice and one survived but the other one didn't, it leaked all over the inside of the package. I also ordered a 3.5ml tank with 7 replacement DCT cartomizers which the plastic tank was warped, the top cap bent, and 4 of the 7 cartomizers were bent rendering it unusable.
I sent an email to Mr. e-liquid to get some advice as to what to do. Next morning I woke up, received 3 e-mails from them, first one said awaiting shipment, second was from customer service stating they had sent me replacements for all the damaged items, and third one waiting to be picked up by USPS. All this without asking further questions. Now that is going above and beyond, and even further. I am now a Mr. e-liquid customer for life.
Oh forgot, their liquids are AWESOME!!
