I have been buying liquid from Ms. T bakery since 2011 and created a system where i never run out of liquid because she is very unpredictable when it comes to sending out orders as we all know. She closes shop with no warning and orders can take weeks to months to come in.
I have put up with the terrible timing and communication because of the quality of the liquid but I Never expected her to send me black old liquid and make me wait for over 5 months + to get a order. I also did not expect her to send orders out that came before mine and not answer any of my messages for months and months.
I placed a order in march which i received in September the liquid was black in color and tasted terrible (like old liquid). I tried many many NEW atomizers hoping that would do it and ever man side battery i can think of but the liquid was just bad. The order did sit in awaiting shipment for over a month so i was wondering if that was the problem. i wrote to them but no reply back, no one seems to care that I spent over $100 in liquid that bad.
My next order I have a ongoing problem with was placed in July. I received a email in late August that this order #42884 was awaiting shipment. yay i thought since my last order was gross but thank goodness i had a plan set up to have extra to last me just in case..
Well Its now the middle of November and my order is STILL in awaiting shipment which should only take 3 days max but we are now at 3 months.
In uncover she added a note on her site that order up to #42993 were filled and shipped out but my order which made way before #42884 was still in awaiting shipment. I am still waiting for this order to be sent out. no bought it will be black and nasty even worse then the last one i got.
I do not know what to do. She won't reply to me anywhere i try to reach her and I've tried everything. She conveniently doesn't have a phone number either.
I am out of liquid despite my well thought out plan to always have liquid but i did not expect to not have liquid for 3/4 of the year after i order monthly and sometimes double order and 3 months in advance.
Does anyone out there have the same issue as me? Anyone know how to get in touch with her or get her to see what she is doing?
Does she care? I do not know what to think but i need my sugar cookie and cant smoke anything else thats close to it.
