Ms. T Bakery E-Liquid Orders not being sent in awaiting shipment for months no reply HELP!!

I have been buying liquid from Ms. T bakery since 2011 and created a system where i never run out of liquid because she is very unpredictable when it comes to sending out orders as we all know. She closes shop with no warning and orders can take weeks to months to come in.
I have put up with the terrible timing and communication because of the quality of the liquid but I Never expected her to send me black old liquid and make me wait for over 5 months + to get a order. I also did not expect her to send orders out that came before mine and not answer any of my messages for months and months.

I placed a order in march which i received in September the liquid was black in color and tasted terrible (like old liquid). I tried many many NEW atomizers hoping that would do it and ever man side battery i can think of but the liquid was just bad. The order did sit in awaiting shipment for over a month so i was wondering if that was the problem. i wrote to them but no reply back, no one seems to care that I spent over $100 in liquid that bad.

My next order I have a ongoing problem with was placed in July. I received a email in late August that this order #42884 was awaiting shipment. yay i thought since my last order was gross but thank goodness i had a plan set up to have extra to last me just in case..
Well Its now the middle of November and my order is STILL in awaiting shipment which should only take 3 days max but we are now at 3 months.

In uncover she added a note on her site that order up to #42993 were filled and shipped out but my order which made way before #42884 was still in awaiting shipment. I am still waiting for this order to be sent out. no bought it will be black and nasty even worse then the last one i got.

I do not know what to do. She won't reply to me anywhere i try to reach her and I've tried everything. She conveniently doesn't have a phone number either.
I am out of liquid despite my well thought out plan to always have liquid but i did not expect to not have liquid for 3/4 of the year after i order monthly and sometimes double order and 3 months in advance.

Does anyone out there have the same issue as me? Anyone know how to get in touch with her or get her to see what she is doing?

Does she care? I do not know what to think but i need my sugar cookie and cant smoke anything else thats close to it.

I do not know what to do anyone can advise please? Im fed up, behind on order and ANGRY!!! :mad:

If you have a read in the Reviews of Suppliers - Negative you'll see Mrs. T is mentioned 2 or 3 times in the first few pages. I've also seen several threads just like this one unfortunately.

The issue has been around for a while - I'm sorry, it must be so frustrating.

Consider posting a negative review yourself to warn others. I suppose the only other thing to do is find another liquid vendor.

The e-liquid biz is growing with the Mod biz. Like a run away train. Great really. It keeps giving everyone more choices and good prices on working products. Me?...well.. I got 5, 100ml bottles of Platinum Ice and 40 Gold Standard flavors from Totally Wicked (38% off on Yo-Yo sale). Picked a couple bottles of pure VG (NOW Products) at the local Herb Store ($6 for 16oz bottles). I'm set for life to mix my own and never have to order again.

Time for you to find a new supplier. Contact your credit card and have them reverse the charges for the orders you have not received. There are many good vendors selling eliquid.

Try posting over in the General ELiquid Discussion Forum to find a replacement for your favorite Mrs. T's juice. You will not be able to do so until you have your first 5 posts and the servers update at :25 past the hour.

I hear Cutwood's Sugar Bear gets great reviews. I have not tried it yet.

Well I have been working night and day to make my own ms.t.. i have actually been at it for months because i want it to be pure and clean.. I think I finally got it because I've been vaping mine for 3 days now and don't miss ms.t. yay finally.. now I'm making other flavors and so far so good.. oh what a relief but i still want my money back she owes me a few hundred.. and still nothing..

OP: you've got yourself in quite a 'pickle,' that's for sure. I hate to break it to you but you're going to HAVE to learn to like something else. That's the hard, cold truth. Your resource dried up. I know it sux and I can empathize but I don't see another solution besides finding a similar juice or learning to like something else.

Oh crap... I Ordered a few small bottles of juice from her yesterday before I found all these negative threads :( I'm a total newb! Has anyone received anything in a timely manner recently?

It doesn't appear so. There are complaints about her all over the 'net. It's criminal, literally, that she (or whoever is running the site) is still taking orders.

Sorry - no. "Timely manner" stopped happening at Ms T after her first year in business and it has never recovered. Wait times now are between four to five months to - never received.

If you are unsure call your credit card bank now to find out what their policy is for filing a chargeback for merchandise not delivered. (Please tell me you paid with a credit card...) File the chargeback at the earliest allowed date for a failure to deliver because it will - or rather won't - happen. Even if you did get it months on end later this is now second rate liquid that isn't worth waiting for.

You may be able to file the chargeback immediately if you mention you have found out the place's track record for taking money and not delivering the goods appears fraudulent. Depends on how good the backing is from your credit card issuing bank.

I have heard bad things about her service from friends. I would never buy my liquid there, even if I had to just quit vaping. But just find another vendor, thousands of them out there, alot of information on this board about good/bad vendors. To some extent you would think after the first or second time you would of learned to just go elsewere. But you kept feeding the empty pot heh.

I would have your credit card company refund you all 10 or whatever times you kept trying to get liquid from her.

While I'm sitting here drinking coffee, I went to go look at her site. You know something's up when wait times are mentioned in 2 paragraphs.

We apologize when there is a delay but Ms T can only work so fast, and you should make allowances for processing times! Please remember that it is unfair to put your order ahead of someone else's, because you may not like it if we placed orders in front of yours. Orders are created in the chronological order in which they are received. You can check your order under "My Account" on the website, and it will show you the correct status. Calling or emailing for updates on your order will only give you the same information that is available to you on the website.

Again, we apologize for any wait, but please remember: Ms T is the ONLY person creating your juices, and your juices are being mixed a few hours before they ship. We do not do batches that sit around and wait to be shipped! This is a handmade product, and it is not mass produced in 55 gallon drums. Your patience is appreciated. Sometimes life can interfere with processing times. Also, orders are not always shipped on Saturdays, so you may need to also allow a little extra shipping time if your order processing time crosses a weekend.

For years I swore by Ms. T's Bakery and rarely ordered anywhere else. She had a good thing going and totally blew it. Continuing to accept orders without shipping them for months is ridiculous.

On the upside, anything Ms. T did, The Vapor Hut does better!

Wookey Cookie is heads and shoulders above MTB's Snickerdoodle, and Sin-a-Bon blows MTB's Cinnamon Danish out of the water.

If bakery, candy, and fruit flavors are your thing, you owe it to yourself to order from The Vapor Hut.

Every TVH e-liquid I've tried exceeds the flavor, consistency, and value of every other current vendor that ECF members rave about. I'm not going to call them out by name but in my experience, every e-liquid vendor with a rabid ECF following is simply "okay" when compared to TVH e-liquids.
