The 'illness/injury/death in the family" theory should have been buried long ago....
ANY REPUTABLE company, if faced with said dilemmas.....notifies the customer/vendor ASAP.....and offers some sort of explanation....
And, usually, gives some options for handling the order(s):
1.) Queue your order until the trouble has passed....ie., "your card will NOT be charged until your order is ready to ship....."
2.) Offer an alternate product/service
3.) REFUND any monies sent
4.) CANCEL the order....and re-order when the "situation" has passed
How this "company" continues to rake people over the coals is just beyond belief!!!

Well I guess that most unhappy people have done charge backs or like me waited for 3 months to get crappy juice, in which case..how would you file charges?

Every state has : State's Attorney General and Dept. of Consumer Protection.

If all those who got ripped off called/wrote to ones in state where she is doing biz, other vapers wouldn't continue to get ripped off!

100% True any other company would have pushed a forced refund to all order from X date or from when they are unable to supply product.

and communicating the issue to customers and keeping them informed is the best thing any business can do

If anyone wants to do a chargeback, call your bank and depending on if its VISA or MasterCard or some banks even have internal processes for chargebacks but they will guide you through it very easily, they are there to protect you, VISA will send you the paperwork or you can sometimes download it online depending on the bank

also i know from my dealings with VISA with this issue. they do chargebacks through them and not through your bank sometimes they have information your bank might not have about the company your buying from and their credit card processor. so ask questions and get it when you know something has gone wrong.

i hope this helps someone

Wow, I never even got the juice, and completely have forgotten about it. To be honest, even if I got the order at this point, there's NO WAY in a "southern burning place" I'd even vape it at this point, not that I hold any delusions that it's actually coming! To me it's clear what's happened. and when I get enough "free time" I intend to do what I said in the beginning, and has been mentioned and that's to alert the proper authorities in hopes that no one else get's taken in by this unscrupulous vendor!

Ok .. So as an international buyer that never got their order .. Who do I contact to lodge a formal complaint .. US $180 (over AUD$200) charged to card and product never received .. As over 120 days have lapsed bank won't do chargeback .. I want my money refunded and these shysters held accountable for their outright thievery.
Any direction would be gratefully appreciated .. I'm ready to take a stand .. Anyone else with me?!

Do they accept complaints from international people? i guess if 100 people complained in a short space of time they may start a serious investigation in to what the frog is going on

not to mention we need reliable information on where she is located and some sort of address

I have exams pending .. However, once I'm through them I'm prepared to start the leg work .. I'm an international buyer .. Just hope it will be accepted .. What state do I approach? Again, if I opened the complaint up to further signatories, who would be interested in banding together with me and making a formal joint complaint .. With enough names/signatories surely they would have to sit back and take notice...

People who placed orders might have better luck contacting the seller's local police department, if anyone has a current address. You can also file a complaint through the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center.

I'd be happy to do that .. How do you go about such a complaint to that FBI dept. as an international person that's been taken advantage of?

I'm not sure how it works with international victims, but you can try going to ic3.gov and clicking "file a complaint". If warranted they forward the complaint to the state and/or local law enforcement as well. If nothing else it might lend credibility to people in the US filing complaints.

Thank you Fcastle .. Will look into it once my exams are done .. Will also be escalating my visa chargeback issues to our banking ombudsman for resolution .. Either way going to be taking active steps to begin the ball rolling to stop these scammers dead in their tracks .. I'm done with the shenanigans of it all.

Wow, this is INSANE at this point!!!!
I'm wondering if there is any possible way in heLL that Phil would give even 1 person the email address that responded to him with that whole "apology and new sale going on" non-sense… I know he doesn't want to be involved but that is just the ONLY time I've heard of ANY response.

To me that clearly shows that SOMEBODY is getting all this money from the site and will continue to do so for as long as possible.
Also, I know if you are a merchant able to accept credit cards, there is either a monthly fee or a per transaction fee that must be paid regularly. That is one of the reasons why some small businesses have a "credit card minimum" of atleast 10.00$ or something similar. The vendors lose money if it's a smaller transaction, because of the fees. So someone with an active credit account must be up-keeping and getting these fees paid. They wouldn't be able to process payments if not. That may even be the reason for the "monthly updates" to the sight.

I know for a fact that if you pay for goods and do not receive anything, it IS criminal fraud. Plain and simple. I posted a couple links many pages back in this thread… My brother is a lawyer and gave me those links. Supposedly if enough people file internet fraud complaints it will trigger an investigation. The chargebacks may not trigger anything because they are most likely all from different banks, and small enough amounts that it doesn't fully warrant an "investigation". Sounds messed up, I know, but this is what I was told. Many big banks just give the money back and have a separate "collections" type company go after the vendor. That company could spend years simply sending out "you owe us 30.00$" type letters to the vendor. I'm sure most of us know how THAT goes lol. They could have 50 different "collection agencies" sending them letters that go unopened each month. If they are all for under a certain amount, nothing will come of it.

Sorry for being long winded… My point in all of it is simply this… We need to contact just 1 RIGHT person, to investigate this company for fraud. I'll try to do more research. Does anyone have a location where Mrs. T's credit card "terminal" is located? Even just a state where the charges are generated from? Maybe we can start there. I'll even contact that state's police since fraud is a criminal charge, they would have to get involved on some level.

Glad i could lighten your day lol

that what i said. i would be going on a journey with VISA instead. i have no expectation nor will i even contact Ms T because as well are all aware by now they don't reply

the one thing that should knock some sense in to people is HellRose1228 posted on the last page his/her [ sorry don't want to be rude] order number. the order number is 128 orders after the number posted on the website of orders that have gone out. that number is 42006... so in the last 2 months not even 128 orders have gone out in 2 months.... months not weeks months.... just something to think about... i am like 1k orders after HellRose.. so their statement of maybe 3 months... mine would be over 14 months to process based on current numbers... lol

honestly 100% i believe no orders are being done right now... 128 orders is nothing she was doing that weekly this time last year...

Again this isn't new behavior. Last November the numbers would sit unchanged for weeks, then be updated in a huge whoosh to a number a hundred and some past the one I was waiting for, and two weeks later I still didn't have my order. Some weeks it would be updated, some not, none of it seemed to matter or have any connection with reality. At that time another 10 percent off with an apology/explanation statement appeared on the site, my order being well behind the currently shipping numbers listed...and uninformed, a real-life neighbor of mine googled bakery vapes, ordered hoping to get juice for Christmas and saw after talking to me that her order was almost 1000 numbers behind the numbers listed at the time. She eventually did a chargeback.
The conspiracy theories, sickness/death rumours, all of the little old lady kidnapped by aliens ideas and my friend has a friend who heard from a friend that whatever stuff - this has been going on for well over a year now. I don't quite understand why any of it would ever matter - would people be all understanding if Amazon took their money and didn't ship them anything for 3 months because maybe Mr. Bezos' teenage kid had to go to the dentist? At the very peak of this business's life, there were speed issues, problems with the proprietor deciding not to allow certain people to buy the product and so on. This serious slowdown has been ongoing without a break since late August 2013.

TLDR. This is not a reputable e-liquid vendor, and hasn't been for a long time now. Don't send your money here.

I bought from her way back in 2011 when I first started vaping. I wasn't happy with the 2-3 week wait time back then and her snooty attitude, so I stopped buying from her after a few months and moved onto better vendors. Now, I can picture her collecting all this money from her site and going shopping at the mall and buying designer clothes or going on expensive vacations with her "customers" money. Meanwhile, the orders sit unfulfilled!

order update @_@.. based on the last number provided 987 orders have shipped between now and then.... anyone actually get a shipped package... now this is interesting

I got an email this morning stating that my order is now "awaiting shipment" (order placed 8/7/14). I am not expecting to receive it, and won't touch the juice even if I do because I cannot trust this person, clearly. I've already done a chargeback, and am also interested in knowing what we can do to stop this fiasco. I'm on board to file a complaint if need be!

Ms T's Bakery Essentials

UPDATE: October 07, 2014:

30% OFF NOW UNTIL OCTOBER 14, 2014

LIMIT 2 PER CUSTOMER - COUPON CODE: &Spooky5&

**********************

CALLING ALL PA CUSTOMERS. OUR NEWEST WHOLESALING COMPANY IS "WHAT WHUT" VARIETY SHOP LOCATED AT 4846 CLEAR SHADE DRIVE WINDBER PA! ACROSS FROM THE BOAT SHOP! WELCOME TO THE FAMILY!!

If this update has already been posted, I apologize for the repeat. Looks like they are trying their best to get every last cent they can from the poor people who still believe this company is legit. 30% off now?????

I'm more than willing to help do anything I can to see that this madness is stopped.

I placed a small order back in August because I wanted to see just what was going on here. Unfortunately, I paid for the order via a Green Dot Visa card and when I attempted to do a charge back, I was informed that they do nothing to intervene on your behalf when something goes wrong between the purchaser and the vendor. Don't be dumb, like I was and use one of these cards!!! I'm not gonna lose sleep over a $20 loss, but lots of people out there can't afford to just hand over their hard earned money.

The very thought that this continues to go on sickens me and I don't believe for a second that Ms. T is ill. If anything she might be serving a jail sentence and her clan is attempting to keep things going.

BTW, on this latest update from her I got an email stating my order status had changed to awaiting shipment. Yeah right!!!

Thanks everyone for all the info you have posted on this thread. It helps to know there are people out there who are willing to try and do something about this.
