If you look at the what whut variety FB page, there are only three people who have "liked" any and all posts. They are Betsy Ross, Pat Rogers and yes, you guessed it.... Tammy Loveless. I am willing to bet these three people are owners of the store. This seems to be the only posts she has made on FB in a very long time.

I have a feeling if you look closer at this business, you will finally locate Ms T. So for those who have been trying to locate her, I hope this info provides some assistance. I keep hoping someone will post that they have finally spoken with her. I'd hate to be living my life with numbers of people trying to find me but what is that old saying..... "You reap what you sow" ?

No kidding?? I really do wish we had someone with the knowledge and expertise to guide us in a direction to do something about this. It just blows my mind that she seems to be getting away with this. There just has to be a way to put a stop to her. This whole thing gives me the drizzlin s***'s!!!!! :mad:

No guarantee that the number is current, but it's listed on this site for both Pat and Ed (Edwin) Rogers (her folks).

well my order(ordered jun 14) says it was shipped on oct 8th on the front page, I never got a tracking number and order says completed. what a waist of 30 bucks. they dont respond to any of my emails.

Join the club .. At least it wasn't over $180 USD .. Which when converted to AUD is over $200 .. My order was from December last year .. Apparently shipped in Feb, got 2 tracking numbers, on checking, one was for the Northern Territory .. The other end of Australia and the other, which can only be assumed to be mine, to Victoria .. Nothing ever arrived!!
Once my exams are done I'm on the war path!!! I intend to take some serious action that will involve whatever authoritative bodies I can draw in. This scamming is going to stop!!

Well, it's the 18th, 10 days after my order was supposedly completed. Still no email stating it's shipped, and nothing has arrived in the mail.

OK...we know that they haven't resolved their shipping issue at all, no matter how they update the web site. You still plan on waiting to get the juice, or will you do a chargeback?

This is getting ridiculous that so many people are being screwed over by this business. And yet noone can do a damn thing about it . My order was placed on May 1, 2014 for a total of $54.00 Order # 42337 and up until a week or so ago it was labeled as complete yet there is no shipping information that says it was sent out. And now she claims to be past order 42933 So she is claiming to be several hundred orders past mine and has yet to send my juice. I know I live within 2 hrs drive of here supposed shop. Give me an adress so I can go pick up my damn juice at her house.

I was insane over the BFC, completely addicted, it was the only thing I would smoke. It truly killed me to stop ordering from her, and I still haven't found a replacement that I am completely satisfied with.

If the juice that arrives isn't what it was, that will put the final nail in that coffin for me. If it is still up to par, I will continue stalking in the hopes that her delivery times get back down to the 2 weeks it used to be.

yes, I know that last sentence sounds insane. That's the thing about addiction ... it isn't logical

OMG! I was so TOTALLY addicted to BFC it wasn't FUNNY!! Last time I ordered it...I'm thinking 6-8 months ago...I got SO PEEVED that it took her FOUR WEEKS to make a 30 ml bottle of juice! I swore off her stuff then and there and haven't placed an order since! I moved my business to Mt Baker...and recently began buying NicoTicket and FivePawns...let me know if you find a good bananas foster coffee again!

Kudo's to the member who finally took the time to leave some negative feedback on ECF. I should have done that a long time ago and I was happy to see someone stepping up and doing the right thing for a change. There should have been many more of us to do the same. Thanks to the poster who did and good job.

Oddly enough...I decided to peruse the new posts here for a few minutes while I pondered how many bottles of Bananas. Foster Coffee I would order...AND IF I was actually going to trust Ms. Ts again...last year it was 4-5 WEEKS to get a lousy 30 ml bottle of juice...and I "swore off" BFC for a while!

THANKFULLY, I didn't get caught in THIS mess...I got caught BIG with SAFECIG when they went wonky...it's a difficult call to sit down and say on a public forum "I don't like waiting weeks for Ms T to make my juice!" It's ALMOST none of my business HOW anyone runs their business...all I can do is "bite with my wallet"...there are several vendors that I refuse to buy anything from! Ms T's is one...the other, I don't want to name...but, one day, I expect them to have a dead website

Clues to a failing business:
1) Shipments that take more than a week.
2) no contact from vendor in response to phone calls, e-mail, etc
3) orders which are incorrect and/or missing items
4) rude customer service/low employee moral
5) no innovation-no new items, especially after Chinese New Year
6) outdated website
7) valued employees leave
8) order numbers moving slowly

Perhaps these businesses are failing due to their success...what I mean is Ms T...(whose real name ISNT LOVELESS, she started using that name when she got divorced she told me) got to be popular VERY fast! Just like safecig! She fell behind on a little "do it at the kitchen table" type business...and, I'm guessing here...she needed to "invest" in a clean room and hire an employee...the problem probably was that she was living off of the "net"...paying her rent, utilities and supplies...and again, conjecture...all it takes is the hot water heater to go out, or to get sick...and the rent comes due...and the money needed for supplies goes to pay for rent...and all of a sudden money for today's orders are paying for last months supplies...and the rent is still due...the farther behind you get, the worse it becomes...and the only way out is to....evaporate....a small loan could have probably saved her...but, in "trying to save money" by not hiring help, it cost her more money...because people like me didn't want to wait 4 weeks for an order...

We are our brothers keeper, to some extent..,we CALL ourselves a "community" of vapers...I've seen us, as a group, do amazing things... (Like when M from Phiniac got sick). In tough times, we are a great group of folks. If Ms T has a truly horrible event going on in her life, she has my prayers that she will get this all straightened out for all of you...

But, God help her if she's pulling a scam! If I can be of assistance to any of you...even just to listen and console...I'm here for all of you...

Yea...probably...call me "PollyAnna"...(and, like Radar O'Rielly, I'm from Ottumwa, so I'm prone to naivety)...because of my own "traumatic life events" at different times of my life, (I.e. My mom died of a brain hemmorage at dinner when I was 12; my dad, sister & nephew killed in an auto accident when I was 22; and my pregnant DIL (and grandbaby) died two years ago...all which "sound" pretty "fantastical" all by themselves, but add them all together, and who in the world has THAT much going on in ONE life! But, it's sadly, all true) Perhaps it's because I've LIVED the flippin unbelievable traumatic episode after traumatic episode..(and MAYBE my Iowa naivety comes into play) that I know how ONE episode can knock you "off your stilts"! Let alone to have event after event challenge your ability to do what you would NORMALLY do in NORMAL circumstances. We all know what happened with the customers she screwed over... We just don't know WHY.....BUT being the supportive community I've always known this group to be (I don't know how I would have survived my DIL/grandbaby death without the support I received HERE at ECF!) IF there is some tragedy in Ms T's life, we would HAVE UNDERSTOOD...WE would have found a way to get her back on her feet....

I'm not a MARSHMELLOW!! No matter what tragic things have occurred in my life, I've always done my best to deal honestly with folks and to follow the Golden Rule...and if there is one thing that I can't stand, it's someone messing with my money!! Second runner up is being told a LIE and being purposely manipulated!!! It's unconscionable!

SHE SHOULD NOT GET A PASS for ripping folks off! She should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, reimburse funds to all customers who didn't receive their product, and banned from making e-liquid for life! (But, she doesn't have to have a big "L" for LOSER tattoo'd on her forehead!)

It's one thing to be a terrible business woman...quite another to basically STEAL from customers who TRUST YOU! The PollyAnna within wants to believe, to give benefit of the doubt that she's struggling with something big, and not JUST a lowlife scammer...IF she TRULY had a crisis, she should have been forthright, should have trusted the vape community to assist. I would bet my last bottle of NicoTicket that if she had called on the community, a half dozen folks would have shown up to help package, wrap and ship orders she had ready to fulfill and get her caught up! I like to think that IF there was a problem, and IF she had been HONEST, we would have given her the same understanding, sympathy and emotional support that I received when Savannah & Elijah passed away....that's all I meant...

I placed my last order with her back in June. I just checked and it says it completed on 10/8. I have not received anything as of yet. As usual she is not answering any emails. They refuse to refund my money or send the order. Is there anything we can do? I have already tried to contact my credit card company with no luck,

Wow..that's terrible. I can't believe that your bank won't initiate a chargeback when you never received your merchandise. I've read that sometimes the entry-level call center support staff at various card issuing banks isn't knowledgeable/can be downright unhelpful about the process and you might need to speak to a supervisor etc. Your credit card agreeement should surely include the right to dispute a charge.
