Oddly enough...I decided to peruse the new posts here for a few minutes while I pondered how many bottles of Bananas. Foster Coffee I would order...AND IF I was actually going to trust Ms. Ts again...last year it was 4-5 WEEKS to get a lousy 30 ml bottle of juice...and I "swore off" BFC for a while!

THANKFULLY, I didn't get caught in THIS mess...I got caught BIG with SAFECIG when they went wonky...it's a difficult call to sit down and say on a public forum "I don't like waiting weeks for Ms T to make my juice!" It's ALMOST none of my business HOW anyone runs their business...all I can do is "bite with my wallet"...there are several vendors that I refuse to buy anything from! Ms T's is one...the other, I don't want to name...but, one day, I expect them to have a dead website

Clues to a failing business:
1) Shipments that take more than a week.
2) no contact from vendor in response to phone calls, e-mail, etc
3) orders which are incorrect and/or missing items
4) rude customer service/low employee moral
5) no innovation-no new items, especially after Chinese New Year
6) outdated website
7) valued employees leave
8) order numbers moving slowly

Perhaps these businesses are failing due to their success...what I mean is Ms T...(whose real name ISNT LOVELESS, she started using that name when she got divorced she told me) got to be popular VERY fast! Just like safecig! She fell behind on a little "do it at the kitchen table" type business...and, I'm guessing here...she needed to "invest" in a clean room and hire an employee...the problem probably was that she was living off of the "net"...paying her rent, utilities and supplies...and again, conjecture...all it takes is the hot water heater to go out, or to get sick...and the rent comes due...and the money needed for supplies goes to pay for rent...and all of a sudden money for today's orders are paying for last months supplies...and the rent is still due...the farther behind you get, the worse it becomes...and the only way out is to....evaporate....a small loan could have probably saved her...but, in "trying to save money" by not hiring help, it cost her more money...because people like me didn't want to wait 4 weeks for an order...

We are our brothers keeper, to some extent..,we CALL ourselves a "community" of vapers...I've seen us, as a group, do amazing things... (Like when M from Phiniac got sick). In tough times, we are a great group of folks. If Ms T has a truly horrible event going on in her life, she has my prayers that she will get this all straightened out for all of you...

But, God help her if she's pulling a scam! If I can be of assistance to any of you...even just to listen and console...I'm here for all of you...

i agree with most of your post.
one thing that has been bothering me is the same thing in the Shanmods thread in general vaping.
i can see if one is running a small at home business every thing is going fine.
then your business do to your hard work starts growing.you need to expand.
heres the part i don't get. how come the money supposedly gets used for
rent and other personal stuff and gets used up before orders can be done?
it seems to me,more business,more money,more profit.
plenty of money to expand, pay for parts, hire people as necessary, ship product and,
still have profit to pay your bills.
this thread is a mirror of the Shanmods thread.
some people claim once upon a time the product was wonderful and then tanked.
this has got me thinking if in fact its true she was a reseller of juice and
Shanmods was rebranding clones. when they decided to do DIY they didn't have a clue.
its the only thing that makes sense to me. of course both are exact copies of
how multi-level marketing scams unfold. a few happy customers at the beginning,a lot
of disgruntled costumers at the end.

I dont think that was the case but may be wrong on the reselling juice part. I got juice from her back years ago and the juice wasnt to my liking. very subpar at the time. took forever to get it shipped even back then,, If she was a reseller it wasnt very good juice.. my first diy attempt was better than what i received from ms t.s.
she may of had something that was good but put of the 3 or 4 i tried. noi

she may have changed suppliers along the line.
it sounds like she would get an order, order juice, relabel it and then ship.
that would explain the long wait times every one refers too.

that would mean there's another business that takes 6+++ months to ship out stuff. highly doubtful.

i am referring to the post's relating to when apparently she delivered good stuff even if
it took 3 to 4 weeks prior to about a year ago.

Up until at least September 2013, Tammy Loveless aka Ms T, definitely and certainly made her own juice. Not that it matters, but there's no way anyone else was supplying Ms Ts Bakery with liquid up until that point.

After reading this thread it is apparent I'm not the only one waiting for the juice gods to fill my order. It seems like there is another company that can't find the post office to ship there product. They also don't return phone calls or email and delete your post and the posts of others. Then they finally take their site down for maintenance.Intrigued??? "VAPORKICK"........I've been saving all of my unanswered email & phone calls. What really gets me hot is they just recently stopped taking orders .These companies are making me shy about buying juice online from New Venders and that should make other suppliers of juice take notice.I'm sure I'm not alone in saying ,I like my money too much than to just throw it away on a wim that maybe I'll get what was ordered in a timely fashion if at all.I've purchased from Hong Kong that got in my box faster. And sure everyone knows how fast that process can take on a slow boat. Sincerely...Lesson Learned!

In the time I've been vaping, I've seen many vendors get overwhelmed when they grow suddenly beyond what they were prepared for. I don't know anything about Vaporkick, but shutting down temporarily to catch up is much better continuing to accept new orders, don't you think? I know that if Ms Ts would have done that (instead of having the cojones to put up discount codes enticing yet more orders) when she first got xx-hundred orders in the weeds a year ago, this thread might not exist.

that's the conundrum.
what happened after sept. 013.
even before then her shipping times were lengthy.
that suggests to me she was taking orders then ordering product.
relabeling then shipping.
its done all the time.she could have been a drop shipper.
if you see any advertising that says wait 3 -4 weeks for delivery
that is what they are doing. its a legitimate business model.
its a lot like pre-order.

MalDives, that's the rub with VaporKick. They were already way behind and a week later run a sale of 120mls for $19.99 and free shipping .There are many more in my boat that ordered on the original sale of 30mls for $9.99 w/o shipping. All I know it's not a sound business model to ignore customers after taking their money. In some cases it cost more to take action with the bank or credit comp. than the original purchase. So some may just decide to cut their loses but I will not cause my bank does not penalize in such a case.I have tried so for to give the benefit but it's wearing thin fast.My order has been marked as shipped since Oct.13 and still nothing in the mail box.Tracking should read "accepted"if the package was mailed and that comes from USPS because I called and talked with them for 10 min.Like I said some are giving others a black eye over these practices, wouldn't you agree?

It's amazing that some of these juice companies have the same business model.I have made up my mind that I'll try my hand at producing my own juice in the near future,my b/r makes my favourite juice thus far but I like variety also. And it might be fun to play around with inventing my personal favourite. It just gets to me that some will try to get over on others with no repercussions, that's all.

What difference does it make how someone is waiting? If someone orders and puts the cash up .Then 2 days later it is marked in email as shipped when that is their "juice companies"stated normal operation. It is expected to be followed through with because this is what the customer contracted for,not to be left hanging wondering what is going on?

Not to diminsh another vendors failure to ship, but im amused at people being annoyed by items not shipped from two weeks ago. I think some of the people ms t scammed are at what. 6?8? Months of no product?

I have lost money hiring extra people temporarily to complete a job that I misjudged in an estimate for construction. It is not fun when that happens and nobody's fault but my own,but it is the cost of doing business. That's only if you plan to survive in that business. And once you gain a reputation of being shady you're done. And the opposite is also true, deal honestly and up front including telling the bad to your customers and more than likely they'll continue to deal as long as their getting a worth wild product.JMHO

Im not in disagreement :)
Just was merely rehashing the fact that ms t is terrible, and goes a tad beyond just delayed two week shipment misinterpretations.

Wow u sound like your describe ring my situation with said company (vapor kick) I do like the juice I got right be4 last order:)

22 days later and deleted posts and continue a sale is far beyond misinterpretation of shipping. It is flat out LIEING to customers while taking new customers money.I've received packages from China the got in my mailbox quicker. That's not something to be happy about.
