I find it interesting that soon after I start sending emails to various organizations regarding this issue, my order has been "shipped" complete with a tracking number and everything. I'm not at all convinced that I will even get the order which was paid for 4 months ago. We shall see. Anyone else get a change in status?

I cannot believe that my order has left the post office in Winber Pa.

What did you order?
And, if you actually get it, you'll have to let us know if they still make good juice!

I ordered a 30 ml bottle of snicker doodle cookie. Ordinarily Flt Simulation, I would agree with you, but this is the first time I've seen anyone post any valid tracking information in a long, long time. I have no intention of recommending this vendor to anyone after what we have seen. Hell, there may even be a bomb in my mailbox by Thurs. That is when it is scheduled to arrive. I'll keep everyone posted.

I placed this order to see where I was in the order line and I wanted to see just how this order would be handled. I have no plans to order from her again. I will be honest about the product if I decide to try it. I'm kind of anxious about that. What a shame she had to let her business crash and burn the way she did. If she had only been open and honest about what was going on and made some kind of effort to show some humility to her customers who would have stayed with her. I really would like to know if anyone else has gotten any tracking info. Also, what happened to those orders that never showed up, like Mishy's? That was a huge order and placed way before mine if I remember correctly and she still has no communication at all
Here is this mornings tracking info.

Do the chargeback; there's no telling when (or if) you'd get your order.

Snickerdoodle cookie, Dec 2014.jpg

My bottle of snickerdoodle cookie arrived today. It arrived a day ahead of schedule date to arrive according to the post office. I did happen to notice the expiration date on it is 10/10/15. Usually the expiration date is 1 yr from the day it was mixed. Makes me wonder about the date it was mixed. It smells and looks fine. Perhaps a bit darker than I remember previous bottles being, I have not tried it yet but if and when I do, I will get back here with an update on that too. Also had a scratch off card with a coupon code for 10% off my next order. LOL

This has been the quickest order I have ever received after getting my notification that my order has been shipped. I can't help but think the letters I wrote may have had something to do with that. Anyone else get any vape mail from Ms T???

Glad your order was filled and delivered.....but ONE SUCCESSFUL ORDER does NOT make up for all the hoopla attendant in this matter!!:(
She's burned FAR too many folks.....and, IMHO, it's too little.....TOO LATE!! NEW VENDOR TIME!!!
Happy (vaping) Trails!

Doing a chargeback at any reasonable bank should never be a problem for a failure to ship after 30 days from date of order. Insist on the chargeback, and if they give you any hassle about it find another bank to do business with as well.

Look at the bright side, if you ordered it that long ago, it should be steeped.

How stale was the leftover Halloween candy that came with it? Wonder if she's working with this year's supply or still getting rid of last years stuff?

DasBlu, I could not agree with you more!! I don't think there is a chance in hell she could ever bounce back from this mess. Very sad.

LOL lucky, I let that thought cross my mind for a sec. It doesn't have that rich fragrance you get with a well steeped liquid. I'll probably try it in a couple of days just to see what I think about it. If anything happens to me, you guys know what to tell the medical examiner. LOL JK.

I received my order yesterday. Too scared to vape it, not knowing what the problem was... not to mention, back in August when I ordered it, I was vaping 14 mg, and now I'm down to 3mg. Waste of snickerdoodle!!!

Thanks Alyk for letting us know you got something in the mail. It's a real shame you had a complete loss on the deal.

Rick, I am for sure not going to try the candy I got. It looks old and I threw it in the trash after I took the pic of it so my grandson wouldn't try and eat it. I will not be trying that for sure. It looked aged in my opinion. The lifesavers had even started to fade in color. I did use the ink pen she sent because it has black ink and we can only use black at work. Hee Hee

You ordered in August, and are just now receiving juice in December?

Egads.

I'm speechless. I am just going to guess that she is not being reported by vapers, because really, IF you are doing an online business, and you have more than about 1-2% chargebacks, your CC processor drops you like a hot potato for being an
"excessive chargeback merchant" (ECM). (Visa will flag @ 1% of chargebacks to interchange volume.....Mastercard same)

And most of the banks will require a reserve account to protect the bank from future losses due to chargebacks that may come through your merchant account. Credit card processors have a duty to protect their member banks. And they are much stricter with sales in which a physical credit card is not swiped i.e. internet sales.

I"ve been reading this rip off topic for a year now, and the fact that this has not happened has convinced me that 90% of the people who have been ripped off have NOT filed chargebacks.

if they did, Mrs T. would not be in any kind of ecommerce biz nor be able to seek an alternative CC processor, because they delve carefully into your past records to find out why you were dropped.

Nope. Mrs. T is still in business because she is not paying the fees associated with chargebacks (which would put a major dent in her profits) and she still has a CC processor.

Consumers who continue to reward these kinds of outfits with their $$ and business keeps them in business, so that they can continue to rip off unsuspecting people who don't go on vaping forums and read this stuff.

I see members like Alk and ibeatpeople with few posts and know they are probably new to vaping and the forum by their post count, and it just breaks my heart to see them getting ripped off by what has now become a truly fraudulent company

Sorry this is still happening to people. :(

BTW, there are many good recipes for snickerdoodle in the DIY section. There are also many companies selling just the flavoring to make it. Nobody really needs to be this *desperate* for juice.

I've been vaping for 2 1/2 years. If you search my name, you'll see my older posts! :) I just don't post much. I mostly use the site to read and gather very helpful information from fellow vapors. Ms. T was one of my favorite vendors when I started vaping, even with the long wait time. I stopped shopping with her when the big move occured and things were held up for a long time (and Brandon gave me a refund then!) I was suckered in by her big "special" in August, and yep, it really took until this week in December to get my order. It's a sad shame. A crime, really.

I did do a chargeback, personally, but it ran through my bank and it seems to me that Ms. T must have never even noticed it?? Does the bank refund my money, or Ms. T? Because I wouldn't think she'd still ship the products if she knew about the chargeback.

I'm planning to quit vaping in the next few months (I used it as a tool to stop smoking and now want to be free of a puffing habit all together), but I will keep an eye on this thread in the future and if any action is needed from others in regards to getting her out of business, I will do my best to participate!

I used to purchase my online vape supplies using my regular credit card. After getting my account hacked twice by crooks, I decided to get a prepaid credit card. When I tried to do a charge back, I learned I was on my own with trying to get my money back from the vendor. I think allot of folks went to prepaid cc's because they were being hacked and shared there experiences here on the forum. It's likely Ms T took full advantage of the fact that scores of us had no support in getting anything back from filing a chargeback. I won't make that mistake again.

Also, when you google her name NOW, there are allot of negative links that pop up and the word is finally getting out a bit better than it did when this all began.

1.) Do not have a debit card associated with your real money in your real bank account. A fraud involving your real money can have serious implications - including rent or mortgage payments bouncing etc. - and almost always takes longer to get your real money back in your real bank account than reversing a fraudulent CC charge. Because it's real money.

If you must, change to an ATM only card for account access and cash withdrawals - different network, low probability of fraud.

2.) As bully mom found out, pre-paid or pre-loaded debit cards are not the same thing as bank debit cards and do not offer the same protections. When they work - fine. If you have a problem - consider it lost money. Many of them are nothing more than gift cards that operate on a different network than debit or credit cards. Consumer complaints are high and the attitude encountered is "don't care".

3.) The aversion to credit cards amazes me, since this is the only fraud situation that does not involve you losing real money or the hassles involved if there is a fraud against your real money. At worst, the ceiling you have to shell out is $50.00 for a fraudulent charge - and I have yet to see that enforced or anyone complain about it being enforced. Just get a grip, and manage how you use a line of credit.

None of these fraud problems are going to get better until the US CC companies are "moved" - by regulation - into putting money in the system here and upgrading security into, hell into the 20th century. There are things done in Europe that are not done here because Europe has better regulation and we have cost/benefit analysis that favors the stockholders. Right now the status quo is until it starts costing MasterCard, VISA et al more to deal with fraud 'as-is' than what it would cost to upgrade the USA systems it won't happen.

It's always going to be a hassle when fraud happens - and it will continue to happen. At least with a credit card it's the least hassle.
