the 1st ms ts bottle i purchased (banana fosters coffee) was from eco smokes in huntsville al. i couldnt believe how yummy it was so i had to have more but figured out $20 a bottle (15ml) was too expensive. that was almost 2 months ago. since then i have made 4 orders with a total cost of about $150.
the 1st order took the longest to be processed at 5 days but the notification of it taking 6-10 days longer than the normal 4-6 day processing period was boldly posted before i submitted the purchase so i didnt have any problem with the wait (except my anticipation). the other 3 orders have been processed and shipped out in as little as the same day or as long as 2 days later. shipping time is always 3 day priority.
via email i bought up a possible quality issue with one of the juices. instead of debating the issue or having me send it back to test (which is the policy) brandon kept me informed while ms. t reviewed my concern and ultimately gave me a credit for the juice. i was extremely pleased and more than happy to spend my credit plus $40 on the next order.
ms ts prices may be alittle higher than some of the other websites but that is because she takes the time to make each high quality juice herself. when a vendor has to add a few extra days to processing its because they care about the customer. she doesnt have a staff mixing ingredients for her and doesnt make them ahead of time.
i will be purchasing ms ts juices as long as i continue vaping.
