Ms T's Shipping Charges Update

Well, our mail carriers must need a raise because the USPS has bumped Priority shipping up another $.15. We have made the change on the website to reflect this. Therefore, domestic shipping is now $5.35. As always, shipping is not an area where we make any profit. Many of you know that we do what we can to reduce your shipping in some situations when we have the opportunity. But, the government needs money too so shipping goes up. We have yet to determine if and how this will affect international shipping, but we'll let you know if there is a change.

Me again, new news on the shipping charges. This increase from the USPS has affected all shipping charges. Here is how they break down now:

Domestic (United States, including APO/FPO) -
$5.35 ($8.35 for orders over $150)

Canada -
$12.95 ($15.95 for orders over $150)

All Other International -
$41.50 ($44.50 for orders over $150) - Express Mail International
$16.95 ($19.95 for orders over $150) - Priority International

Again, we are not increasing rates so we can make more money. We never make money from shipping. This increase is because the post office wants to make more money! You are not paying any excess handling charges or anything with us, you are paying what the post office requires us to pay to ship your package. We understand that no one likes shipping rate increases, but complaining to us unfortunately can yield no results. You would be better off speaking with the US Postal Service about your concerns. Feel free, maybe you can talk them into a decrease!

yep, i got a package today with the new charges on it and im getting ready to mail one out so charges are expected.
