See, to me, it is acceptable and I will continue to order, just with greater frequency to rebuild my inventory. I actually placed a third order while my two previous orders were still awaiting fulfillment.

I understand that to others the wait and absence of updates may indeed be unacceptable. If that's the case, by definition of the word those individuals would never order again. If those individuals do order again, they too must find it acceptable.

Folks may accuse me of being a die-hard fan-boy but the fact of the matter is, I know what flavor I like to vape all day, I know how much of it I need to ensure that I can vape it all day, and I always keep an ample supply on-hand and order accordingly.

Through all of these recent delays, I ran low -very low - but did not run out because I anticipate the unexpected and again, order accordingly.

I do, however, understand the frustration of those who may not put as much thought and planning into their juice supply as I do mine.

I don't like it when these things happen and since I can't control Ms. T's business or work-load, I do what I can and make sure I order enough to keep me supplied and off tobacco. Kind of like a diabetic and their insulin, I suppose.

On my next round I have the following on my radar to try.

Vanilla Custard
Cinnamon Roll
Caramel Mocha Coffee
Vanilla Milk Shake
French Vanilla
Banana Fosters Coffee
Butterscotch Candy
Caramel
Pear
Strawberry

If you have tried any of these any feedback would be appreciated.

Love Cinnamon roll! To me the taste is a perfect replica of the real thing. It's like she baked a bunch of them and stuffed them in a bottle where they turned into juice. Truly magical!! Every aspect of the cinnamon roll including the dough that was rolled to make it. It's amazing!
French Vanilla has been a staple since I first tried it 3 years ago. It is my morning vape at 30mg. To me it is not too sweet, great flavor and perfect TH. Love it! I did get tired of it once and didn't order it. I craved it and it was in my next order!
Pear is currently here steeping and I haven't tried it yet. But it smells awesome!!

 Order #37953 has arrived, folks

My last cigarette was Sun Sept, 23rd 2012. My favorite juice has arrived on Monday Sept, 23rd 2013. Coincidence, fate? Thank you all for making my one year smoke-free anniversary so truely special.

RHP

Yay for your order arriving and major grats on 1 year!! That is awesome! Vape on RHP :vapor:

What a douchey comment.

And it's not the wait, it's the uncertainty as to what the wait is. Why you would insult someone who decides to find an equivalent or better juice because they like some predictability with their purchasing just makes no sense. I like being able to place an order now, and I see the juice shipped the same or next day and I get it in 2-3 days. With everything else I have to keep track of, it's a nice thing that I don't have to concern myself with. Another reason I've 'diversified' is that this sort of situation reminds me that latching on to and being dependent on any one specific juice vendor, esp. a "one man show" (or woman in this case) carries some real risk.

In any case, I understand that we have two points of view. And I'm plenty stocked, even though I ordered almost a month ago because I do anticipate delays:

The personal attack is unnecessary and there's nothing douchey about my comment, only your inference of douchey-ness.

Do you not see the pathetic irony in calling me out for a perceived insulting comment in one breath and then personally attacking/insulting me in the next?

Pot, kettle; kettle, pot.

1) I said your comment was douchey, not you.
2) You were insulting the intelligence of anyone who wasn't as smart as you to plan ahead. Your comment was, on effect, " I understand the frustration of people who aren't smart enough to plan ahead".

So:
1) No one insulted you (personal attack, really?).
2) You insulted anyone who doesn't think like you.

Regardless of the <insert complaint about wait time here> wait time, my order should arrive tomomrrow. 1 month +1 day from date of purchase. I like trying new juice. That is why I ordered after all. If the juice is good, would I order again? Sure. However, I NOW have the knowledge of the wait time first hand.

RE: this quote "I do, however, understand the frustration of those who may not put as much thought and planning into their juice supply as I do mine."

Not everyone who is purchasing from here has a concern about juice supply. Merely apparent concerns about wait time/customer service. I personally have more juice than I know what to do with, and quite a few juices I vape all day. It's about NEW juice to some.

On a side note. People who post here questioning about wait times and getting raged at by others for trolling is just in poor taste. You like this business, so to me it seems a smarter idea to support and aid those people who are questioning these issues, instead of berating them.ect. It not only pisses off the potential customer with the issues of wait time, but then to see her fans be douches too, *shrug* To each their own ;)

So yeah, tomorrow is vapemail juice day.

For those who have not seen this on her website:

UPDATE: Sept 24, 2013:

As most of you know I am a business owner and Mother of 2 boys. I had to take care of a few Mother chores this past month.

Orders got a little held up with college starting back up and high school. I had to drive to Maine and (stayed there for a few days) for my oldest sons college and had to do prep for my younger sons high school as well. But all is back to normal now and I will be cranking out the orders as fast as I can.

I also had some staff changes (which now I am looking for an assistant, send me your resume!). I am doing all aspects of this business myself. Which makes me a little late on answering emails or telephone calls. I will not be answering any emails asking where there orders are. I feel answering these emails delays the creating of your orders. I also will NOT be answering emails or telephone calls that are threatening me (Please Stop The Threats!!!) with some kind of whatever. This will not get your orders out any faster or ahead of other orders.

I will also keep the image on the front of my website updated as the orders get created and shipped.

Sorry about the delay

Smooches
Ms T

Just want to say Thank You Ms T for FINALLY letting us know what is up. I think I speak for everyone when I say THREATS ARE UNACCEPTABLE!! I have been critical of Tammy as of late, but I certainly would never even think of threatening her!! What the Heck is up with that??!!

By The way, I just want to say that if she posted this a month ago on her website, I think I would not have ever even been critical of her in the first place. Communication is all I ever asked for. Waiting for juice as good as hers is WORTH IT!!

CV

P.S. I still think it was in VERY POOR TASTE to leave the site up taking orders when you were NOT EVEN HOME. But that is just me I guess.

I also wanted to add a BIG HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that has been helping my customers here on ECF!!!

From Ms T's post. Keep that in mind fanboi's and girls who raged at the trolls. Not all of us are trolls. Just first time customers. Try not to make us want to be last time customers ;)

WOW She (Ms T)says people are threatening her!!! Really?!?!? What are the threats for. how rediculous

I know right? Isn't that crazy? That took me by surprise when I read that.

I just want to point out that not of the "old-timers" (my preferred term) are raging. I hope the first-timers enjoy the juice and come back for more. There are bumps in the road over here, but we stick around for a reason.

A month and a day, and I have my juice. Impatient as I am, I tried some right away. I don't know if steeping will alleviate it, but I think there is something in her base that doesn't sit well with me. *note* This is not particular to her juice, as I've encountered this from various vendors. I think I'm just sensitive to some pg/vg/nic's that some vendors use. The juices I tried taste good though. Agreed fangirls/fanboi's, her juice is good. I'm just hoping that whatever it is that affects me mellows out.
