Ms T's Waiting Room

It also depends on what everyone has ordered. You could have one order with 6 of the same thing on it, and then you may have one where someone ordered 20 different items, so it can take a bit longer to do those. Now if everyone did one order with 20 different items, then we would have a long wait, but we all don't do that. So the sending out only 30 orders in one day, then 12 the next, has to do what was in those orders.

Looks like I need to place another order. I have at least a 6 week supply on hand to last me, but I'd rather be safe because of the long wait times.
Just placed my order. My order # is 38,392

Latest update from Ms T's orders 37509-37583 created and shipped on 9/14
Looks like there are 809 orders to be filled before Tammy gets to mine. Looks like I'm in for a little wait . . .

food for thought: with a 15 a day estimate, that's almost a 6 month wait.
This is gonna have to be some absolutely amazing juice for me to even consider reordering. You could have a premie child in 6 months.

Oh my I guess I'm one of those @#$%& that ordered a bunch of 6 ml sample bottles that clogs up the works because I want to zero in on a big order once I know what I like.

But Mia, ya haven't even been vaping 6 months, ya can't believe everything ya hear on ECF. Ya gotta judge it based on tone. I would like to find 1 person that has ever waited 6 months or even close to that, for a juice order from Ms. T. You're venting, I get that. So I won't pick on you, I share your concerns especially if this was my very first time dealing with Ms. T. But trust me hun, it's not crazy bad like some folks say.

All I'm saying is, let me get a leather couch in the waiting room first before everyone starts re-evaluating their decisions. Just kidding.

Okay, I know this hasn't been of any help to you but there are no definitive answers to subjective questions... it's just what makes you feel best physically and emotionally and only you can answer that. Good luck, sister, I've spent a boat load of money & time finding the vendors that fit all my needs.

The 6 months was just based on the estimate of juice currently being sent. I don't expect to wait 6 months for my order. If it was bad juice, I wouldn't have placed an order ;) I ordered because the juice does get good reviews. But ya know amongst those reviews, "long" wait time was said to be a week or two. what's the phrase, YMMV. If it's worth the wait to someone, that is all that matters.

Amen, I just pray the good folks at CASAA can make it so folks like us can talk about things like this instead of being condemmed to some overpriced underpowered cigalike from gas stations with 2 flavors, Tobaccoo & Menthol. And if you haven't done so, sign up -- it's easy and gives strength in numbers.

Stay strong & vape on sister,

It won't be 6 months.

But, I wish Tammy would update the order status message on the front page of her website. I'm patient, and loyal to her juices, but her information is slightly inaccurate when it says in bold red letters E-JUICE PROCESSING TIME BEFORE SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY 4-8 BUSINESS DAYS .

I have no plans to go elsewhere, and it doesn't really bother me because I have plenty of juice stashed away, but I'm sure other customers will not have the same reaction when their orders get stalled well beyond the wait time advertised on the website.

If anyone recalls, this whole Ms. T thing is reminiscent of a similar situation last year with ordering NiteLiteVapor juice. The demand for NLV juice far exceeded their ability to process orders in a timely fashion. They only accepted orders 2 days per month and the wait was usually 4-6 weeks minimum. Which 2 days would they open? Nobody knew. That wasn't announced until the day before and you had to stalk the thread to find out. Many first timers blindly ordering 120 ml mini jugs because the hype gave them enough faith in the product. $40 at that time for 120ml and well worth it. However, when you ordered you already knew what you were in for. All of this info was known beforehand and they did their best to keep the lines of communication open. Although if you repeatedly called and emailed them they would cancel your order and refund your money lol. People whined, complained, and threw tantrums followed by their two hundred and twenty two cents on how other people need to operate their business. Regardless, the fact remains that most people still chose to jump through the hoops to get their juice.

My first order here was placed on the 8th. #38191. I've put off ordering from Ms T's for this long so not worried about the wait, but communication is key to maintaining good customer service. The only thing you can do in situations like this is the same thing I do for stuff I ordered in co-ops that sometimes take months. Forget your ever ordered, move on with life, and when you're truly surprised by mystery vapemail one day you'll be happier than a camel on Wednesday.
