I just ordered another bag of flavors from MBV and forgot to include sweetener.
I e-mailed CS to ask if there was a way to fix my order and here's the response:
Hello Mowgli,
I have gone ahead and written in the order comments for the packager to include a free bottle of sweetener in addition to your freebie. I thought this the most appropriate form of action as we cannot make changes or charges to orders already in queue, as we do not store credit card information. Look forward to your free bottle!
