I know that Mt Baker uses Flavor West flavorings but , the running theory is that they may be diluted, they also sell their own mixes eg. Hawk juice, so I thought I'd start a thread for flavor concentration recommendations:

Would prefer recommendations to be formatted like the other flavoring threads like this:

Apple: 10-15%, 4.5/5
(flavor name: recommended %, flavor scale opinion 1-5 with 5 being the best)

Would specifically like info. on these as I just ordered them.

Hawk Sauce is perfect @ 12.5% in 70/30 18mg
Blueberry is good enough @ 12.5% in 70/30 18mg

12.5% is the best starting point for me in my ratio
Banana needed a little less
Strawberry needed more.

I also like @ 12-12.5%
Caramel Apple
Mango
Mocha
Yellow Cake
Cinnamon Roll
Butter Toffee
Whipped Cream
Butterscotch

Have fun :)

I agree with the 12% to start. Some I have had to go as high as 20%. I have about 20 Flavorings from MBV. My new favorite is butter pecan, it's wonderful. I just got a lemonade flavoring and have been mixing it with my fruit..strawberry, raspberry etc and they are very good. I have found the cinnamon roll very strong and usually combine it with butter cream to mellow it a bit.

So I mixed up some Hawk Sauce last night at 15%, I'm at 85% VG, so I went at the minimum recommended by MBV.
Quite excellent, I'm not a menthol fan and it has just the right amount that hits on exhale.

I really love the sour-berry, slightly sweet taste of this juice!

So to get things going I'm going to start the list with a split between mine and Mowgli's recommendation at 12.5-15%, so here it is:

Mount Baker Vapor flavor recomendations

Hawk Sauce: 12.5-15%, 4.5

I'm not sure whether MBV's flavorings are diluted or not. Assuming they aren't, this thread has some good info about FW flavorings: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/408639-flavor-west-diy-flavor-review.html

I'd like to do a side-by-side blind comparison of FW's and MBV's concentrates to determine if they're diluted by MBV. I don't see them diluting them to squeeze out a few extra pennies out of a flavor concentrate purchase, but this thread isn't the first place the notion has been suggested.
