Not the same.

I can use VW to do things to recipes I cannot do with juggling the flavoring ratio and %.

MM might be a shortcut for those that didn't juggle well, but after many experiments consuming a 30ml bottle of the stuff, I can't figure out what it is really good for.

between here and there
I used magic mask one time. Don't remember all the details since it was years ago, but the one thing I do remember about it was it set the whole 10ml bottle back to nothing. Meaning all of the flavor I had previously put in was gone, essentially neutralized.

I have used MTS vape Wizard and TFA Smooth Flavor for strongish tobaccos for blending and muting the harshness until I can figure out how to juggling the percentage (similar to @Hoosier reply) I tend to use Smooth more for non tobacco mixes.
All three can be used as kind of stop gap mixing solutions.
are they same ? or any difference
Do not know, but probably not the same, sorry.

I tried all of them out when I was a baby mixer in my early days and found all they did was mute flavor. As was said earlier you can accomplish the same thing as these so called wonder wizards by increasing, decreasing, juggling and adjusting. For me there's no place for these in my arsenal of enhancers.
