I have no idea, I haven't been involved in those discussions .Nicotine river just says that its from dow. I don't know if being a middle man makes a difference. Perhaps just a lie.

My bad,... it doesn't actually say it, it just has a pic of Dow trademark and their (maybe their) MSDS sheet.

Who does do the manufacturing that sells to the ecig community, cause Id like to purchase as close to the original suppliers if possible. I just have a weird thing about things being bottled and rebottled and rebottled ect.

I work in the pharmaceutical industry, If you look at the MSDS provided by nicotine river, you'll see that it's produced in India. Whereas the plant that makes it MAY be approved by the FDA, the FDA only has jurisdiction in the US. Also it's well known that the FDA doesnt keep strict audits on over seas manufacturing...

Long story short, FDA approval on a product manufactured in India means nothing.

With that said, it may be a stellar product. Just please don't put any stock in the MSDS nor the FDA approval of the product.

Not that weird IMO more like a good idea. Once it's been rebottled it's also been relabeled and you got no idea where it's from.
