Upload it to imageshack or any other image hosting site. Then click 'View full size' or copy the direct link URL. In your reply box click the image insert icon (next to the hyperlink icon to the right of the text color selector). Paste in the URL of the image, should end with .jpg .gif .bmp or some other image format.

LOL... Okay, here is me having a REALLY bad hair day, trying to control the two year old who did NOT want to take a picture, while my husband gives a smug point and shoot at the camera...

We were at the zoo, which is a 2 mile hiking trail..this was taken at the end. So, yea.. we're sweaty

Here is our little one taken just a half hour ago. Papa and I spent 3 hours putting together his new 'Toddler Boat Cot Bed' (Room is sailboat themed)... Thankfully the time paid off. You never know whether or not they are going to like it. HE LOVED IT. He crawled in it, grabbed his teddy, gave it a kiss and said "Ni ni!!" <3 <3 <3 We of course had to take photos.
