I am stocking up a 2year supply. How do I check to make sure the batteries are good without charging them up. Also how do I check the atomizers. Does my stock sound about right. I ordered 42 bottles of 24mg 30ml which i'll cut in half, 70 atomizers and 18 batteries

Charge the batts once and check with a voltmeter. you won't hurt anything, they are Lith-Ion batts..........

Charging the batties won't affect the shelve life. I really like the tea bags so I don't have to buy cartridges. By the way Hangtime, I used to smoke weed and went through 30 years of marijuana prohibition which sucked. I been reading this forum and if theirs a ban on e-cigs I don't want to deal with any stress , so i'd rather have a 2 year supply and live peacefully mellow.

Not sure what PV device you own? But you might want to consider a Mod or a few manual switch batteries....seems like you will be ok on liquid and atomizers if you take preventive care with them IMO!The Wiz!

Batteries should be stored long-term at apx. 40% charge.

So my understanding seems to be charge the batteries up and use for a few days, then if the batteries are good charge them 40 percent then store them away. By the way a 40% charge would take about how much time on the charger. I'm guessing 1 hour?
