Multimeter

Where can I get a Multimeter that will do what I need it to do for the e-cigs. I cant afford much, so fairly inexpensive but good...decent. What brand, where, etc.

Ebay (just type multimeter), Harbor Freight, Lowes/Home Depot, Radio Shack, etc... I have an Ideal from Lowes that I paid around $20, although you can get them cheaper.

Whatever you end up w/, make sure to cross the leads (hold steady) and subtract that number from your reading when testing ohms.

A couple of good ones. You don't need a Fluke.
