I pour VG into the top of a syringe, while my finger is over the bottom (no needle). I use the markings on the syringe as a graduated cylinder to measure amount. Then I use the plunger to push the VG into my bottle.

Same here. Unless I'm just needing a tiny amount, I always pour in from the top regardless of what I'm measuring.

Does everyone use a Fred Flinstone size syringe to suck this stuff out of its bottle- good lord.

I used a 10ml bomber syringe and still had trouble. I cannot believe how thick this stuff is.

What level of Accuracy are you Trying to achieve when you measure that Pure VG?

I use a Graduated Cylinder when I Dilute Nicotine Base with VG.

And I Don't use Pure VG. I Dilute the VG with Water until it is a little more Viscous than PG.

I use a 14ga needle at room temp - fine with a small syringe like 3ml. With a 20ml syringe its a lot harder/slower. I nuke it first and it thins out a lot - about 1 second nuking for every 3ML will heat it up 20 degrees (F).

I've considered watering the whole bottle down as I put 2-4% water in all my mixes - but how to mix 5ml water evenly thru 250ml of VG?

Paint mixer would come in handy for that...

I was just trying to do 50 drops of VG and 50 drops of PG then play with flavors into 5ml bottles.

I think my best play is to do a big mix of all my pg and vg, add my nic to % and store it in one nice brown "brewers" bottle. I can then pour out mils as I need them for mixing. Not using needle tips is a good suggestion as well has warming the mixture up a little bit to get the VG viscous. I have some nice smaller funnels to get it into the bottles. I can "froth" mixes in glass measuring cups then transfer into bottles for steeping and use. I do not want to dilute with water at this point.

Thanks for all the advice. I know there are other threads with mixer's method for sampling, mixing and storing.
