I was just trying to do 50 drops of VG and 50 drops of PG then play with flavors into 5ml bottles.

I think my best play is to do a big mix of all my pg and vg, add my nic to % and store it in one nice brown "brewers" bottle. I can then pour out mils as I need them for mixing. Not using needle tips is a good suggestion as well has warming the mixture up a little bit to get the VG viscous. I have some nice smaller funnels to get it into the bottles. I can "froth" mixes in glass measuring cups then transfer into bottles for steeping and use. I do not want to dilute with water at this point.

Thanks for all the advice. I know there are other threads with mixer's method for sampling, mixing and storing.

If your just doing Test Samples and are using Drops, maybe a Regular Eye Dropper would work better for you?

I like Using a Graduated Cylinder. Because I don't make 5ml Test Batches. DIY is Dirt Cheap. So the Smallest Batch I like to make is 30ml.

Yes, making. 'Pre-mix' is what I do when I'm playing with small samples. I make about 30 ml of unflavored. I go ahead and put nicotine in mine, because when I test flavors I pretty much vape the entire 3 ml that I'm testing over the course of a day (unless it's just really bad). I put ~3 ml of the premix Into little vials and add flavors in varying amounts to each aliquot. Sometimes, like if I am wanting to do variations on a base mix I already like, I will put ~3 ml of that juice into the vials and add small amounts of different 'mixer flavors' to each to see what variations I like. Like, I might do 10 little vials of variations on a simple strawberry juice by adding different 'mixer flavors' like waffle, other fruits, pie crust, cream flavors, brown sugar, or honey, etc... I have some micropipettors, so I can accurately add very small amounts and easily scale up, but using drops can at least get you in the ballpark.

At any rate, this way you don't have to measure tiny amounts of all your base ingredients for each sample. Speeds things up a bit and makes making lots of small samples less of a chore and more play.
