I would say same title with same song lyrics by a different artist = no, but same title by a different artist with completely different lyrics = yes. So a parody would count but those usually have different titles anyhow. Since we have been playing this game by the song title. If you prefer a different version of a song, just mention it but don't put it as a game entry.
