You can cut the top off of one of the protective caps that come with the cartomizer and slide it down over the holes. The more you slide it down over the holes, the stronger the draw. In fact if you slide it down too far you won't be able to draw...lol

At the risk of sounding like a Guiness commercial ... BRILLIANT!!!!

I just tried it and it makes a WORLD of difference. Thanks so much!

You sir, are a genius. I just tried your trick and it works very well. Adjustable draw on the VK. Can be as light or hard as you want.

When I have wanted a harder draw I hold my thumb and forefinger on the top and bottom of the connection to the battery existentially cutting off some of the holes. Seems like sliding the plastic thingy up and down may be slicker.

Crap. NOW everyone tells me! AFTER I order the autos. LOL! PLEASE tell me you all still love your auto batteries! :p

Yeah...don't worry you will like the auto. I don't do anything to mine..I like it just the way it is. But I am waiting to see how the new 380ma battery Steve has coming out will be. That one would definitely last me all day. I know its longer and too long to fit in the PCC. But I don't have the PCC and don't have a need for one. I would want a portable USB device that can not only charge the battery, but can be used with the passthrough. There are plenty of them out there. But again, as has been stated before, the minimum output current of the USB needs to be 800ma's. Batteryspace has a very cheap alternative:

Battery holder: AA x 4 with USB interface connector and Belt clip ("On" / "OFF" power switch) - RoHS Compliant

You can also find them on ebay. :D
