I'm hoping this thread will push V4L to put some more specific info on their website related to each individual product they sell.

I truley love that V4L is working directly with manufactures to produce the best possible product.
Unfortunately this means (as of now) there are a lot of old and new products being sold.
There are many questions asked on this forum about product specifics.
These questions along with misguided information could simply be answered/resloved by placing product specific information on the website.

Here is my case in point with my own experience.
My first order:
XL Manual battery Kit with Manual PassThru.
I received 2 XL manual batteries as described.
But instead of a Manual PassThru I got an Auto....
No big deal I thought. Until I started using them.
I found the breather holes on the XL manual batteries to be small, with a nice smooth draw.
But when using the Auto PassThru I found the draw to required a really strong, airy pull. And if I didn't hit it fast and hard, it wouldn't even come on.
I didn't like it :(
I search around and even looked back at V4L's website. I couldn't even find info about the Auto PassThru...not even listed. When I went back to the details of the XL Manual Kit - I found I WAS supposed to get a Manual PassThru...I thought I just didn't read carefully enough.

The same thing with the carts...
You get a pack of carts with Kit orders. Did I have a choice of which type of cart I was getting? What are the actual differences? I didn't know the difference, so I ordered the cheaper VK carts...I would have paid more if I had truley know the differences.
VG carts, VK carts, Premium (old and new), though I have found more specific info here on the forum - it would be nice to know what I'm ordering. Especially now that I've fallen in love :)

So now I'm confused and scared to place another order. I want a more batteries, but I don't want to get stuck with ones with big holes. I want another USB passthru - but which type will I receive? Do I have to make a specific note or email someone before and after I place my order to make sure I get what I want? I want more soft cap premo carts, which flavors have them?? I haven't really even delved into juices yet...

Your thoughts on product specific info?

btw.This is not a rant or a stab a V4L.
It is a mere suggestion, to hopefully improve everyone's satisfaction.
