Oh, you've opened a big can of worms here, Michael!

My necessary flavors are tobaccos, vanillas, caramels, butterscotches, and creams. I also like coffee and chocolate but they are hard to get right.

Also necessary are the add-ons, ACV, EM, Sweetener, lemon juice, and to some extent vape Wizard/Smooth.

The best? Welcome to debate land!

What is your favorite Cream?
Favorite Butterscotch?
So on and so on. My shelf is getting rather large with flavors that are :censored: and was just wondering what are the ones we can't live without.

Hear a lot about this koolada. I'm looking for something to add a bit of oomph to my fruit juices without altering the taste as much as EM. Is koolada what I'm looking for?

The best way that I can describe it is sort of the brother of menthol. Menthol tends to cool the mouth whereas koolada tends to cool the throat. Imo, it adds a good deal of throat hit unless you go less than 2%. Even at 1% I find throat hit increase. It doesn't alter flavor, though.

3rd the juicy peach but for me, it requires steeping. I thought I read somewhere that fruits typically don't... but that seems not to be the case for me. I tried the juicy peach right after I mixed and bathed it and didn't like it. Tasted very artificial. After a couple days and getting some vendor liquid that was suggested to be aired out... I decided to air out all the mixes I just made. So I took the tops off of all my juices (including the dripper tip) and let them sit overnight. Then the next night, I put the caps/dropper back on, bathed it in hot water, shaked them... let them get to room temperature and let them sit overnight again with the tops off... Then I tried the peach again and OMG. SO different. Not sure if was just the time itself, the airing, the bath or a combination of all but I'll be definitely using this method from now on. I thought the hot bath was enough but apparently not.
Also second the TFA Double RY4... it's a very unique flavor.. only for me, this stuff is vapable right away. It turns into something else entirely after it steeps.
Digging French Pipe from VZ. Parliament from VZ is great if you want a true cig type flavor. (steeping required for both, I mix the French Pipe at 2% and the Parliament 3-5%)
FlavourArt Royal is amazing. It's so unique. Mix at 2%, steeping required and airing improves flavor as well.
TFA Peanut Butter is awesome. 10% if alone, if adding to other flavors, it varies but I'd start relatively low.
Capella Coconut is the best coconut I've tried so far. Comparing to other Capella flavors, it's pretty strong so start low.
TFA Honeysuckle, I love but again, one of those that needs airing and steeped. 10% stand alone
Vape Wizard is a must for me. Not sure what it does but adding 1 drop per 10ML of any tobacco mixture, is magic.

Hangsen watermelon has really opened up after a couple days steeping!

It's mixed at 12 drops to 10ml base, so around 4% or so. I'm tempted to add a touch of menthol to it but I don't have any. It doesn't taste like a ripe watermelon... more like something plucked a touch too early. If not menthol it needs something to make it a little more ripe. What could that be? Earlier experiments with EM have been a failure. Alters the taste too much. Something to make it taste a little more ripe or sweet. Any suggestions?

Someone has said that adding EM to anything but tobacco can give a funky flavor, especially to fruits. I have found this to be true. Using sucralose or another liquid artificial sweetener is supposed to work better. I have had 'sweetener' from TPA and it did work better than the EM for me. Also, you can add a drop of lemon, malic acid/'sour' or Lorann's sour drops and it can add that extra something to fruits. Other than that, people have said a drop of raspberry to watermelon can be what's missing.

Oooooo sour drops. Now that sounds perfect! Gotta get me some.

I've used lemon drops in the past. Gotta scour my fridge for that plastic lemon.

Tip from Hoosier:

If you want a real Watermelon Flavor add a dab of Raspberry.
