bump? looks like no one has the mutant
I'm patiently waiting for my Mutant. I have seen some good reviews on it, and my local B&M guy uses one regularly. It's a sweet mod.
I was told, however, that many of them come with a small adjustment needed in the magnetic switch. The switch is two part, and on the top piece, the center pin is too far extended and needs to be pressed down flush to the ring. I can't confirm yet, but this is what I'm told.
But very few mods do not need to be tweaked when out of the box.
Fasttech and 101vape should have some reviews on it.
yes the mutant is one of my best hitting mods next to my 4nine.
I have a Mutant mod (Clone). I can assure you it hits way harder than my SS Hades mod. I had an issue with the button not firing but after some guidance of a fellow ECF member I saw the magnet wasn't fully seated into the bottom. Quick fix and shes been a beast. This mod is HEAVY with solid brass top and bottom caps.
Awesome mod. Now that it works I love it.

ive never had a mod but want this one pretty badly, should i do it? will there be a big learning curve from my ego to this?
before purchasing a mech mod i do recommend that you learn about it more it really is not hard but you want to be comfortable in recoiling a mod. learn ohms law and watch you tube videos. Also if you have a good b/m ask them to teach you.
This is how i learned and now have about 12 mods. ok so may have went overboard but i love it and i only drip now.
yeah i am only a month and a half in i skipped past the cig-alikes wish i did with the ego and protank too thats what im currently vaping.but i dont see a point in spending so much on my juice to put it in lesser device ya know. Its only been 5 months for me i started with cigalikes then went to Halo like a ego then to a mod with a rsst tank then to better mods then dripers then better mods then beter drippers lol.
