A collab between Mutation X & FogWind. Called the Mutation X234 rda.
It comes with 1 build deck, but you can use the accessories it comes with to make the deck a 2 post, 3 post & 4 post deck.
It looks similar to the Alliance V1/V2 rda made by FogWind. Most all parts should be interchangeable with other Mutation X rdas, FogWind Rdas and other collaboration Rdas they have made with other companies.
