Hi,

I've an Geekvape rta Ammit dual coil since 1 month now. I've tried of many manner to made a setup that i like, and it a constant fail.

No any flavor come from my vape. The cloud are good, but no flavor. I've been watch many Youtube video and respect what it said (make long paws), put te coil in front of airflow.

Here what i try:
Kanthal A1 wire. 24ga. 5 turn. Dual coil. The best flavor i have, but not a big cloud, and past 35w, it's make dry hit.
Clapton allien (32ga), 5 turn. Dual coil. No flavor at all, big cloud, approx 60w.
Kanthal A1 wire, 24ga, twisted, dual coil. No flavor, not a big cloud, running at 45w.

I've try organic cotton, and bacon. Tried to rewick, less cottons, more cottons, again and again, never able to get flavor out of this tank. I'm desesperate and need your help please!

Before, i vaped daily whit an TFV8 and TFV12, and look for similar flavor, or best. Don't want a monster cloud like i do whit TFV12 T14 coil, but i want flavor.

Here is my actual wicking.

If i put not enough cotton, i lose the entire tank of e-liquid.

You need to move coils a little more towards center of the deck and from the picture,i think they need to go a bit lower, they are to high...aslo try wicking so you have fluffy coton on sides.Muted flavor comes from too saturated (and it spitts when its too saturated)cotton, and from dry/close to dry cotton...So i think your main problem is wicking.Try some more and im sure you will get it right

Ok so i need to cut coil paws a little bit to be more low, and get the coil more to the center of the deck, right?

For the wicking, i'm not sure to understand. Does i need to full fill the center of tge coil whit cottons? It's what i'm doing right now. After i cut the cotton about 1cm from the end of the deck, take my ceramic tool to make it fluffy, and then, i gently put, by the end of the cotton, in the airflow, by making sure that doesn't touch the low level of the airflow. That's right or not?

Thank!
