Hana is real at 200+, Cana (china hana) is a clone of the Hana at around 60.
Between the options you named, I would ask what would you use those with? RBA, rda, cartos, bcds, kayfun, etc... Then everyone will chime in on what's best suited for your use.
Hana and Cana can do either 20w or 30w, depending on the model and can fire as low as 0.4 (or the max wattage of 20 or 30). The VTR and MVP2 are both regulated devices where they can't do watts past 11(mvp) 15 (vtr) and can not fire anything past their wattage limits (1.2ohm builds, etc.)
All are 'box' style and firing buttons are somewhat relative. You just have to ask yourself, what's good for you.
The options you listed are steps from each to the next.
MVP 2
VTR
Hana Modz
With the MVP being the cheapest but the lowest wattage and the Hana mod being the most expensive and highest wattage. Really the only big difference is the price and wattage, everything else is aesthetics. Like the one above asked. What do you plan on using it with and for?
That Hana was definitly a clone. I cannot give any advice as I have neither the clone nor the original but if you want it there are a lot of threads on the 30w Hana clone on here
I have the cloupor dna30 from kidneypuncher that cost me $80. If you can afford it, pick that one up. Higher ohm builds/atomizers/cartomizers is the best way to go with the dna 30. Ive tried all 3 of the devices you mentioned, and own 2 out of 3 of them (the mvp and a dna 30 clone) though i cannot speak for the fasttech one.
I think if you are just looking to move up to the next level, and not jump 12 levels, the MVP is VERY hard to beat. It's far more functional than the vtr, has a great battery life, etc, etc. I have somewhere near 20 different mods of all sorts. Have the MVP, the VTR, and the hana clone. The MVP is always with me. It might not be the only thing I take, but it's definitely my work horse. For $40, you just absolutely can not go wrong!
I own all 3 of these plus a DNA20 from FT. For a jump from ego-t, I would get the MVP2. Unless you plan to get heavily into RBAs or drippers in the near future, I don't think the DNA30 will do you much good. I believe that the Innokin products are much better quality and will last you longer over the long haul. When you are ready, the MVP2 also allows you to get into RBAs easier than the VTR. I personally hate using its extension so I only use it with an Aerotank and a Taifun GS. The VTR is solid as a rock but weighs as much as one so is not as easy to carry around. I own 2 MVP2's and I am still using them every day even through I have all the others. It is a really good all round device. I have been using 1 of them for over 8 months.
