My workhorse PV is having issues. My MVP 2.0 has a short on the 510 connector, everything is reading 0.0 Ohm. When I use the ego connector it works fine, but any atty with a 510 is reading 0.0. Anyone run into this before? Have any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

I've seen somewhere on YouTube where they had to pull the 510 pin up a bit on their MVP. You might want to search there as it's been a while since I viewed it.
Sounds like a pushed down 510 to me. Quite common and usually fixable with some gentle leverage. Go steady though...

Maybe not fixed after all. It's the pin all right, pulling it up does work, but it doesn't stay up. Tried replacing the insulator with an O ring no noticeable effect. Looks like I'll be working my mecs harder until I find a good spacer solution.
If you could figure out a way to use the eGo part instead, you can keep your mvp workhorse going a while longer;

Well, I'm gonna buy a couple of 510 to ego adapters as I can get them cheep. I was already gonna get a second Nautilus mini as it has become my on the go favorite so I think I'll get the Nautilus/Aspire kit and call it an Xmas gift. I recently got a Nemesis clone, but it's clone-ness shows in the switch and top. I'm gonna get some replacement parts from a reliable vendor (no more ebay burn there) and it just might become my daily carry. I'm almost tempted to get another MVP if I can't get this one back to 100% It's just been such a workhorse. If push comes to shove and I have to replace my daily carry and suggestions to pair with the Nautilus mini?
