Hello vapers, some help is needed please.

Just purchased a MVP 20W

It has burnt all 3 of my newish Pro tank 3's.

Before I used an X6 battery, which worked perfectly .

I have the MVP set between 3.5v - 5v and it usually burns out after 100 vapes, any higher than that and it burns straight away. Also, the tank now leaks juice since using the MVP.

Is the Pro Tank3 not suitable for the MVP, or could it be the jiuce that I use?

Thanks

Thanks, the coil is 2oms, what is the best wattage for that? thanks

2.0ohms is a good choice.

In general, the dual coils on Protanks start to suffer on higher powered mods.

I agree with this*,

Start low 8 watts* and go up til you find your sweet spot. Change the settings after about every 10-20 draws. Also make sure you are properly priming your coils before use

I now have it on 3.5V and 10w seems OK now.

Think I will get some new jiuce tomorrow with a lower nicotine content, Currently on 18mg

Thanks

There used to be a mod called "EVIC"... (I made the mistake of buying a replacement one half price back in the summer last year). I used it quite a bit for the 5 months that it actually worked.

On that mod (and it wasn't exactly know for it's power, a bit like the MVP v.2) I never got a Kanger coil above 8 or 9 watts ever.

or, as gandymarsh says... about 7 watts on the ferocious iStick. (rrrrrr..)
