I'm thinking of picking up one of these on a black Friday sale for my wife. I don't know much for pricing however this one is about 40. It seems to have good reviews, so fast from what I read. She currently using a protank and art times a tiny dropper with a 510. Is it worth the investment for her, and has anyone for them lower then that? She is coming from a ego style battery. She has a mod but didn't like using it.

MVPs are typically rock solid!
I use mine with Kanger products all the time. Kanger Aero Tank Mega, and the Kanger Aero Tank. They bot use the same dual coils, and are rock solid.
That said The Kanger Aero Tank Mega,(own 4) I drilled out the air intake on all of mine as soon as I got them as I could not adjust the draw to where I wanted it, and the adjustment ring moves easily.

MVP is a beast. I've used it for about 7 months now and only recently considered upgrading. I even own two mechs but find myself going back to the MVP. I will say that I have dropped it tons of times from all different heights due to carelessness. With that said, the 510 threads are now stripped. If I wish to use it now, then I need to use ego compatible toppers. The threads were decent until the last drop about two weeks ago. As a change of pace, I have an Istick coming in now but will definitely get another MVP once the newest version comes out. Heck I might buy another MVP2 as well. I simply have become a huge fan of this device.

That sounds like a good price. She wont regret it, the MVP was my second device after the Vamo and while I essentially bought ten mods in a month after that its great for low wattage vapeing which is what she sounds like she likes. It has a great build quality, amazing battery life, its small and its tried and true. A nice topper to go on that device is a Nautilus Mini or an Aero tank (I like the Geni more there essentialy the same and the vendor I use has a $15 difference, the aero does come with some extras and is stainless though) if you want to get her one that is. I really love the MVP and I have leant it to four friends/family for there first device, the graduated quickly but not one had a bad word to say.

It's a great mod, but that is a pretty normal price. I have a local shop that sells them at $45 everyday. They also carry the iStick at $35.00 everyday, so I think I would look for a bit better deal for Black Friday.

Here is the store.

I'm going to ring in with the majority here. I have 3 MVPs, and they're my daily devices. I have a couple of tube mods (Sigelei Zmax V3 and Vamo V6) that I like for that little extra nudge in power for my Nautilus tanks. I'm curious to see what versions of the MVP V3 will come into fruition. Indications are at least 2 variants.

Unless it's a "Shine" edition for $40, that's pretty much the going rate for the standard silver/blue/black/carbon fiber black. I've seen one or two vendors at $35-ish for an MVP, but that's as inexpensive as I've come across. The "Shine" edition has a little extra "bling" - some crystals glued on. Personally, I'd rather get a plain one and wrap it, if I want "bling"

MVP is a solid vape (it's heavy and not really a pocket on the go type but it'll do) but reliable and gives a great vape.

we have two each, I gave one to my daughter when I got the first iStick, and I never use mine anymore since the iSticks.

Ed still does and I"m also using his recovered from the road iStick and it still works..so it bounced at 70mph off a bike..so I'd say they've now passed the "durablity" and "reliability" Suzuki test.:p

mvp2 is a tremendously great bang for the buck.2600 mah, pass through, charge your cell off it, and i think the brushed black looks very nice as is, no need for wraps or the (imo) tackier shine and energy ones, but to each there own. 40 bucks is not a great deal , pretty much the going rate from what ive seen.

that being said, eleaf i-stick comes in at a respectable 2200 mah as well, with passthrough, much smaller and lighter and a higher wattage capability then the mvp but does without the ability to charge cell phones etc off it.im glad i got em both, love em both, but since getting my i-sticks my mvp is pretty much just my back up, so take that for what its worth.
