MVP SHINE not charging iPhone

Hello everyone. I recently bought 2 Shine MVP's. Neither of them will charge an iPhone. Using the included cable, as well as other working iPhone chargers, I tried charging an iPhone 4 and an iPhone 4s. I made sure to switch the output mode to the on position. The MVP's were fully charged. They will charge everything else we have plugged in, just not the iPhones. I have been scouring the internet to see if anyone else has had this issue and can't find anything. I have written to innokin. Just thought I would check in here, too. I appreciate any information you may have regarding this issue.

The MVP charger will not charge an iPhone it's the wrong connector. Take your IPhone charging cord and plug the USB connector end into your MVP and the other end into your phone. You'll be charged in no time with the switch flipped. Mine works great and you can charge and vape at the same time. I don't think it's recommended but it will do in a pinch.

The charger that comes with the MVP includes an iPhone connector. But when it didn't work, I tried the iPhone charger I used to charge my phone with every night. Plugged the USB into the MVP, switched the output on, and no dice. The funny thing is that the MVP will charge everything else I've plugged it. I took the charger the MVP came with, plugged the USB into my laptop and plugged it into my iPhone and it works fine. So there is nothing wrong with any of the cables. For some reason neither MVP will charge either iPhone, no matter what cable I use. Thanks, though!

My MVP charging cable will not charge my iPhone 5. It doesn't have the right connecter but it works great on my husbands Samsung Galaxy. I'm so sorry your having such trouble. My USB iPhone cable works fine the few times I've used it in a pinch. I do have a USB cable that goes to my iPad that wasn't charging from my MVP so I disconnected it from the iPad flipped it over and it started charging. Every time I use this cable I have to make sure it's charging. If not I flip it over.... Go figure??? Good luck I wish I had the answer.

Just got my MVP 2.0 today and have the same issue. Charges my Kindle and evic S with no problems. Will not charge my iPhone or iPad even though the cable that came with it charges the iPhone when connected to my MacBook. I think it has to do with the iOS software not accepting the MVP as a power source.
