Mvp2 not fully charging

My Mvp2 only charges to 4.1 I heard it is supposed to go to 4.2 should I be concerned?

I wouldn't be. Sometimes mine comes off the charge at 4.1 sometimes at 4.2. I think you should be fine. If it dips anymore though, I'd talk to customer service from the vendor you bought it from.
