I've been using an ego c twist with a mini pro tank 2 but just ordered a KFL+. I'm concidering a MVP2 but I'm concerned that I will want to go lower than 1.3 ohms. It seems that most people use coils at this resistance or higher with the KFL+ so maybe this should not be a concern. MVP2, other VV/VW or just go with a mech? I like everything about the MVP2 except for the fact that I won't be able to go to a lower ohm coil. Any input I much appreciated.
Thanks,
Jim

Why do you want to go lower resistance with a KFL+? Better vape? If your interested in blowing big clouds the KFL+ isn't the right device. Also, you have the potential of getting the KFL too hot, so make sure to buy extra insulators for your KFL

To go lower than 1.3 resistance you will need a mechanical mod, but first you need to know about battery safety before lowering resistance in any unprotected device. And battery's able to handle the high amperage.

VTR will let you go lower. Same form factor, but WAY heavier. Still allows you the perks of safety, vv/vw, blah blah blah. Unless you have lots of knowledge on battery safety, I would caution against a mech. At least for now. Personally, I rotate from a Vamo V5, and SVD, and my VTR. I don't really go any lower then about 1.5 ohm builds though. Haven't used a Kayfun either. Picking up a Ehpro clone when I find one in my budget. Might skip juice this month and grab one instead.

Thanks for the replies folks. I'm confident I can safely use a mech mod, however the MVP would be cheaper (no batteries or charger to buy), has VV/VW and last longer per charge. I don't want to "chase clouds" but I want a significant improvement over my previous setup. If folks that use KFL+ don't typically use lower ohms than the MVP seems like the winner. Keeferes I ordered my KFL+ ehpro clone from Texas select vapors $50.

+1 for the notion that you do not need to subohm with the KFL. A nice 1.4 ohm microcoil with cotton is a great vape on pretty much any VW device that can push, say, 10 watts.

I'd actually recommend the iTaste SVD - it has all the features of the MVP and fits the ehpro to a tee (very slick looking setup).
