Thanks again for the awesome spinner! I used this battery all of Christmas day and still using it now. The battery is still going strong. Quite an improvement from my usual 650 egos. Also I LOVE how easy it is to see the numbers at the bottom. Much easier than my twist. Thanks again, hope everyone had an awesome holiday!

Morning Everybody! So my rba came in from MVS and I got it nice and setup first try. Very cool device! Te threading is a little messed up as the air hole doesn;t line up with the wick, but I just tightened it down and backed off til it matched up.

I had a bunch of multi quotes to respond to in this thread but I lost my tab. JJ was it who was having trouble with your rba?

The question regarding if you should have any of your post showing when you screw down the center post nuts

Though it doesn't really matter I would say have them flush at the top. Where the bottom of the top nut meets the top of the second nut is the highest point for your coil to reach, having it flush at the top gives the the largest workable area.

LMK the other questions and I'll try to answer them as best I can :)

Yep it was me Cy. I been so busy with the holidays that I haven't tried it again, but I will. I guess I got to get it to make a better connection so it's purely an error on my part. I will get it eventually!!

Glad you got it the first time around!!!!!!!!

Thanks :) I have some experience with RBA's tho so it was no problem. One thing I noticed is that is wasn't firing on all my devices, but it just wasn't making connection at the center post which is easily fixed.

When you were test - firing your coils was nothing happening at all? (That would most likely point to your center post not making good connection :))

That's where I figured there was a problem. I was just hand tightening it and I probably didn't get it tight enough.

Nope hand-tightening should always be fine. Just sounds like your center post isnt making contact with your PV. With no wick or coil in your RBA, you can try moving the nuts on your center post up slightly to extend the post's protrusion from the bottom. Or you can gently wiggle the post on your PV with a paperclip to raise it up. If you look at the bottom of the RBA you can see the small disk in the center, which is the bottom end of your center post. Its sounds like that part just isn't making contact with your PV :)

LMK when you wanna give it another go and we can try to walk ya through it. RBA's are definitely advanced units and have a learning curve, but once you get it down they can give you the most satisfying vapes with the most control over your PV experience :)

I will try and if it doesn't work, I'll be in touch!!!!!!
