Sorry you had this problem, Sue, but it appears that your Card had been Hacked, and BoA caught it for you and sent you a new Card.
I'm in the habit of checking my accounts online frequently (Checking, Savings - if you have any - and Cards), to try to catch fraudulent expenses. If you don't already do this, then I'd like to suggest that you start.
I've caught it Twice now, and reported it early!!!

There are two things that effect that...
First, when you log in to ECF, if you click the Remember Me box, b4 you click Sign In, your Browser you keep you logged in better.
Second... there's some weirdness going on with the ECF Servers, and I get logged out on occasion, no matter what I do.
no, danimal I don't have to re-log in because when I intially logged in, I checked the box "remember me"

yea i dont use the remember me box because im at work and dont want my IT person having any help ..lol

I never used to have problems getting logged out, for the same session. But it seems that things have changed.......
I started using Remember Me, to keep from having to type it in so much, but like I said, I still get Bumped Off.
I never had a prob before but now if i have multi tabs and stay on 1 when i click on any of the others they are logged out..or if i click on a link from say the contest thread I have to log in...just weird.
That happens on vendor sites...where I'm taking to long to decide what to put in my cart, or if I leave the computer.... then I come back and have to start all over
I know what you mean Search.. but this is like 5 mins, I have always used multi tabs here and as long as im active in 1 of them the others stay logged in too... not today. this is a pain in the gluteus maximus...
This is kinda new, but it seems to be happening to others, too.
Back before I was using Remember Me (I had never noticed the check box), I was only in one Tab at a time. But try using the Log Out button when you leave. I think this way, you can check Remember Me while you're Active, but when you Log Out, it will forget you, and your Boss can't easily get back In to see what you've been up to (if that's what you were talking about). Try this to see if it actually forgets the check box.

mount baker vapor keeps emailing me that I left something in my cart and didn't complete my purchase. lol
I'm like ok, I was just putting there to check the price, I didn't actually want it. >.>
my boss can barely tie his own shoes.. I am worried that if I check box it will make a cookie or something that the guy who is the admin for all the comp in the company will see when he does whatever he does..
