I purchased an eleaf istick from My Vapor Store at the end of November. When it arrived the threading was scratchy and the ego adapter threading was worse. I fixed that with an airflow adapter (also purchased from them) that had good threads and vaped on. Two weeks later, it was giving me error messages from the Nauti mini I'd been using on it, the button was wonky, and I couldn't use the airflow adapter any longer since it wouldn't read the Nauti.

I sent an email to MVS. They replied within hours and provided a prepaid return shipping label and returned it to me fixed!

Kudos to Benjamin and Sarah and the MVS team.
