When we hear horror stories about other e-cig vendors and the overall state of customer services these days his reaction doesn't come as any great shock. I thought Chad and fellow board members did a great job of not only diffusing the situation, but refreshingly restoring the poster's confidence in his purchase. Let's not forget that there was an issue with his order, but there certainly wasn't an issue debiting his card. Excellent customer service is what defines V4L which comes into play when orders are correct and much to our applause when they are not.
New to V4L how would he know if they are open only during weekdays? All he knows is that he placed an order, funds were debited from his account and that when the order arrived it was incomplete. Where does it mention on the V4L website that they are only available M-F to respond to inquiries? His response was a little heated, but certainly within the realm of reason.
In the end, his confidence was restored and now he serves as another great family member of V4L. Not quite sure how ridiculing him or referring to him as an idiot serves any purpose other than erasing the good will efforts of Chad or other forum members.
