You had zero chance of being arrested. There is no evidence. Even if your daughter had said: " My mommy likes to smoke weed out of her .... everyday". Still wouldnt be enough evidence for an arrest.

hopefully in most cases you are dealing with cops with integrity and this is true

i am not saying you are wrong - technically you are right but maybe in a past tense - ' the way america used to be or should be ' way

i don't think the modern oh fish all needs evidence or even a good excuse to arrest whomever civillian they chose any longer

constantly in the news you see individual leo's - cities - states and feds making / changing / breaking laws that heretofore were constitutional protections for us citizens from gov powers

to prove my point - there is a video on youtube from a couple of years ago of the former head of the nsa - hayden is his name i think - he flat out states that if there is anything that the nsa knows about - it is the 4th amendment and he says that the 4th amendment is not about probable cause but about reasonable searches

yeah - i just checked - go to youtube and search ' michael hayden nsa '

my guess is that pretty soon - nicotine will be considered a controlled substance and only sanctioned forms would be allowed ( big tobacco )

anyway - enough of that - i could go on forever - don't get me started about cps or dcf or planned parenthood ...

now
so if my 4 year old cant say electronic cigarette any ieas on what to get her to call it lol So i ont get funny looks from people?
how about ciggy pen for a name ?

i have 7 kids from 4 months old to almost 16 years old - i think they will like it when daddy finally gets his ciggy pen in a few days

My 4 year ol is soo cute. I got an order for a case and charger in the other day, it did not come in a box. Came in 8 feet of bubble wrap. (kids favorit toy )lol so she tried to stomp on it to pop them but could not keep it from slipping all over the floor. so next she went and got tape and taped it to the floor and then got her tap shoes and tapped dance on the bubble wrap for hours

THANK YOU china for a free toy for my kiddo :)

My 4 years old son loves when mommy makes a order because he knows he gets the bubble wrap lol Hubby however just keeps lookin at me funny as if to ask do you REALLY need more stuff( he doesn't say anything because he want to support me)? His fault he (a non smoker) got my first one as a anniversary gift I laughed and said for him I would try once again.

OMG! I'd ffreeze up for a sec.... The ending made me smile though :D

aha - with a name like that - i suppose you would freeze up -
i assume you are wanted alive rather than dead - probably the reason why you are interested in going smoke free ?

have you ever heard the phrase :

freeze - it's the police !

that is when you know you are really wanted ...

I have a four year old, too. I'm waiting for my first e-cig for hubby and I to arrive.

He said "does that mean i can smoke in the house now?" We always smoke outside, and never in front of our daughter.

So, my question to you as a fellow mom is how to you feel smoking the fake cig around them??

Is vaping something you would allow them to do around you when they got older?

Just curious as to what phsycological effect my vaping will have on my daughter...

I would either vape outside or at least not in front of the daughter since you've always smoked out of sight outside. Children want to emulate parents and I'm sure you don't want her to pick up smoking or even vaping later on.

My daughter is also 4 years old. I ran out of juice on my 510 and went to grab a real cigarette. Immediately she said, "No, use your /pretend/ one". So, maybe she could call it "pretend cigarette" or "fake ciagrette".

She knows that cigs are bad, that she doesn't want me to smoke, but she's really cool with the e-cig. I just started and quickly went through cartridges (didn't realize some things and some dried out on me - waiting for my order of e-juice so I can stop the real cigs).
