My 510 atty doesnt gurgle but my girlfriends does...

Whenever i use my g/f's 510 it gurgles but mine never does. I mean I still get decent hits out of mine, though it does seem her's is also 'easier' to get bigger vapor out of... I think i remember my atty did gurgle a little every now and then but never as much as hers does. I havent felt mine gurgle all day...

What causes that to happen? did I overheat my atty to much? or do you think this was just not one of the "great" ones out of the box?

Ok so I just broke out my 2nd atty that came with my kit and its completely DOA. Wont even cook anything. Is this possible? Im not happy!

Some atomizers are better than others from what I have found. Yes, they can come DOA, but most of the time is a battery not totally charged when breaking in a new one.

I buy attys in bulk, so I check them with the meter on arrival to make sure they're all good. I'd hate to pull out a stored atty and find it dead.

That "gurgling" is most likely coming from the cart air holes and not the atty. Take the cart off and blow through the mouthpeice hole. This should clear the juice which has found it's way into the air holes on either side of the cart. Once you get most of the juice cleared the gurgling should stop.

Your GF is overfilling.

When you run them really dry they also seem to work different. Sometimes right on the edge of being to dry can cause them to make those sounds.

Gurgling is usually a sign of flooding (too much e-juice). Sometimes it can pass through and end up on your lip (nasty) and sometimes it hits pretty well. I would recommend using the straw mod, instructions located here.

Ok, weird it it feels better to hit when its gurgling and the plume is better, all around better hit.

Its a damn shame about my other atty, i was breaking it in on a PT so it had full power. After I blew out the primer i tried to dry burn it for a few seconds and it just never made a sound at all, so I put some juice in it, nothing... put my other atty on the PT and vapor.

O well I got 5 more in the mail right now so I should have them on monday and the one I have is working ok.

I just need to trim my carts now so I dont have to worry about which way I"m sticking them in, I already started burning/melting the plastic on one. I want that FANG mod..... mmmm.....
