My account is gone?

Went to see about placing an order and when I went to log in to my account (I have credit) my account does not exist?! What is going on there???

Mine is gone also. I was a little freaked cuz I just ordered yesterday and I have no way to check on the order. I am just getting ready to send them a message now. Very disconcerting.

Nope. Just checked. It created a brand new account, and said I do not have any orders pending. My order I placed last night and paid for seems to be missing in action. I'm kinda spooked. Did they get hacked? Worrisome.

I had this problem last week. I had to clear my cache on my computer & open up a new internet explorer, and my account magically came back.

Not sure why you are having problems, if you create a new account it is just that but I can merge. Also, the US uses a different db than the UK. There are a couple of things I need to fix really, more pressing issues on the whole though.
