My address 'undeliverable'?

Hello, my order wasn't shipped because the UPS tracking said my address was undeliverable. What can I do to make sure I get the package? Will I have to pay the shipping and/or entire order costs again? I was looking foward to my shipment so much (I really don't want to have to buy a pack of cigs!!!), I hope that we can get this sorted out (I'll most likely have to put down an alternate addres). Thank you for the help!!!

Did you leave a message? They call back all voicemail messages. You can also leave your number in an email with the best time to call. The reason you got voicemail was most likely due to our recent large call volume due to our cc processor being switched and people not being able to order

Yesterday I didn't leave a voicemail, but I called today and left one. I also sent an email with my order and shipment numbers, and a link to the UPS shipment record. Mainly, I'd like to learn what Revolver's policy is on when a shipment fails because of address issues, wether I may be able to get the shipment sent back out to an alternate address and what fees may apply (if any). I definately understand that Revolver's network updates have been slowing things down and that my package has to arrive back at Revolver before much can be done, it's just that I feel pretty anxious with not hearing back (on top of having cravings - determined not to smoke real cigs!) Hope to hear back from Revolver soon!
