First off, I'm a big fan of several aiv juices. Zombie apocalypse, twas brillig, and stark winter are among my favorites.

Every customer service interaction has been pleasant and they go above and beyond with their packaging.

I don't even mind waiting a few weeks for my order to be processed, as i understand the demand and the quality of their products.

That being said, what i don't like is being advised both on their website and order confirmation of the lengthy processing time and then they still overshoot by several days.

If their processing disclosure is an estimate, that's one thing...but when it explicitly states an order will be processed within x number of days and then they fail to deliver. What gives?

I don't mind it. Hell, they're only open for 12-14 hours on a Wednesday to actually get an order in. I hope they expand with competent employees to speed things up, but I can understand what they're going through even if it means a temporary limited operating hours. Went through a similar thing with Ahlusion where they have limited hours and a 2 week wait time as well. I feel the juices are worth it, and a proper juice rotation is a must.
