Yes NYC, He did. Good thing I bought two from you. Thank You Bloog, for you customer service efforts. I just want to be able to vape with out any problems. Going back to problem free annalogs8-o, is not an option. 17 days with out one so far:). I am looking forward to the new carts and future business with Bloog. Oh, by the way, how are those snaps comming NYC? :hubba: LOL.
Hi, I saw that mike has offered to send you out a replacement before you even send back the failed passthru....hope we have now made it right by you!

Sorry for the huge delay. With the Bloog they are better used without refilling. Just putting on new carts. But if you choose to refill, you can purchase them from a lot of places. My personal preference has been been Totally wicked liquid, and puresmoker's. Also Jane's kick juice is great. Those are the 3 places that I consistently ordered from.

I'm not a expect reviewer, so this is just my experience so far with it, but after 2 weeks wanted to write this up. Will break it down into categorizes:

Initial Shipment: Awesome, was here in just a couple of days. 100%

Package: Didn't receive my extra carts I ordered, although they were on the invoice. 0%

Contact: The preferred method is email, but have sent 3 emails and only one return email 4 days later. I called, when I talk to the individuals there they are very courteous and get right on my issue to fix it, and sent out the stuff on 2 day shipping. So this is a 75%,

Product: AWESOME, the concept of this device amazes me. Granted I wish the battery lasted longer, but the Bloog is still a great product. 100%

Battery: Well here is the major issue, battery going dead very fast, after about an hour, have to do primer draws for vapor or throat hit, but no big deal, just put it on charge. Then yesterday the 15th of June, both batteries go dead. I charge them and all is green, but nothing, no LED lights, no vapor, nothing. So I called them and they are sending me out two more, which is great, but now have to go 3 days before I get it. Both batteries giving up the ghost within a few hours of each other, just hope the next one's are better.

My wife ordered a starter kit from red dragon, which should be here on Weds, as a back up, just in case our batteries go bad again, just hoping the carts are the same.

Overall: I would say that overall I'm extremely happy with the product and mostly happy with Bloog, their customer service ranks very high, if it wasn't for the batteries going completely dead I would say a 95-100%, but that is a major block for me. Hoping the next set of batteries are better.

side note, the web site is still not updated for all their products, been trying to find a car charger and its not on their site, but when I talked to them they say they have them.

    WHile I do not (yet, waiting on new batteries and carts) have Bloog battery on hand, you *might* want to try the following. Find a small dental pick, or bent a small paper clip a bit, something that you can put *just* inside the battery hole, *without* shorting the battery, and pulling up slightly. It sure sounds like the center conductor has 'dropped down' slightly, so the batteries are charging but not making proper contact to complete the circuit with your cart.

    YMMV, do at your own risk, etc.

    They are suppose to ship me out two more last Monday afternoon/Tuesday morning. I emailed them today to make sure they had shipped them, but no response yet.

    Sure hoping they will get here by tomorrow.

    Got a response back and did indeed get 2 new batteries yesterday via Fed Ex.

    Now here's the funny part, one was DOA the other lasted for about 2 hours before it gave up the ghost. Same as the first two. This has stopped being funny. Got 7 box's of carts, but can't use them, lol.

    Going to call back this morning, hoping they can get me two out today and I can get by tomorrow, as Fed Ex delivers on Saturday. I have recommended the Bloog to all my friends, now I'm afraid they will get and have same issues.

    Got ahold of Mike this morning and he is shipping me out 2 new batteries from the new manufacturing, overnight....YES!!!!

    Very unhappy with the batteries, but the customer service from Bloog has been outstanding. They have gotten right on my problems and attempted to fix them, here's hoping this is the last time I have to call with a problem.

    UPDATE:

    Got the new batteries in about 1.5 weeks ago and here is my take so far.

    Love em!!!! Last long time and works great, not crazy about blue LED, but thats no biggie.

    Got some coffee carts, but seems like after just a bit with them, the coffee taste is gone and leaves a bad taste. But could just be a bad pack, because none of the others do that.

    Overall very happy now with the new batteries, they work great.

    Well so far I'm been impressed / unimpressed. After ordering it, it took almost 2 weeks to get it in the mail, one of those weeks being a delay in them even shipping it. After I finally saw it shipped, I was pleased to receive it. It came with very little charge but that was ok given the ship time and everything, but when I went to charge it I found my charge was the push-in kind and very picky about receiving the unit. I did manage to get one battery to charge but after trying to charge the other one for over 12 hours, I realized it was DOA. Mike agreed to send me out a new screw-in type charger but I have yet to hear back about the battery issue. I have fixed feelings about this right now. Theyve been very friendly and helpful, but I question the product.

    As far as usage, I smoked on one cartridge for about 6-8 hours now and its nice. A little harder to inhale than the avg cig but I found If its primed or if I take a 2 second inhale (wait till it flashes) I get a nice hit off of it. I got the cherry flavor and its a bit like cherry cough medicine but not in a bad way. Just different. The vapor is medium quality. Not as much as a analog, but thats ok, just enough to let me know Im actually inhaling something. One major plus I will say is I normally dont smoke in my car, so it smells fresh. I tried using this ecig in my car for 2 days and when visited it was commented my car smells good so pluses to the no-smell factor!!

    Ill update again when I recieve my replacement charger and if/when they replace my battery.

    Just wanted all to know about the excellent customer service I just experienced. I've been having problems with my USB charger that I received with my startup kit about a month ago and called customer service to see if I could get a replacement. When I called I got a voice mail and decided not to leave a message as it was late in the day (4:50). I figured I would just call tomorrow. About 6:00 tonight I received a call from Mike asking if he could help me. I guess he saw my number on caller ID. I explained my charger was having problems and he said he would send out a new "screw in" charger tomorrow. I just wanted to let people know how impressed I was with his service and attitude. A++ as far as I'm concerned!!
