My Bloog came today

Hello,

I ordered the starter kit Saturday night and received it today (Tuesday)! That was quick. My first e-cig, so no comparison, but it's different from what I expected. I get what people were saying about no throat hit, but it's nice to be able to do something that's similar to smoking without going back to analogs. The vapor that comes out definitely looks like smoke.

I ordered the Kamel flavor (5 carts came in the starter pack). It's not great, and I don't see a variety pack on the website. Is it possible to order a variety pack of carts through Bloog?

I know you are upset about all that has happened, It seems to me that they are trying to do good by you and getting 15% back is a nice offer being it is your first ecig I would wait for the fedx package.. if you were already winged off of analogs then I might think about panicking with no charger at hand. I have never purchased from this supplier before but seeing how prompt you got a reply on the forum and the generous fix (apologies, 15% back, and shipped ASAP) I would have no trouble purchasing from them. But thats IMO

I am sorry but there is no varitey pack at this time...but there are deals for buying in bulk (5 and 10 packs of carts).

As far as cartridge life as soon as they stop producing vapor or there is a slight burnt taste the cartomizer is empty and should be replaced.

I ordered 2 new batteries with the red tip a couple of days ago (just me, but I always thought the blue tip looked funny), and small packs of cherry and spearmint to try them out. Can't wait, will let you know.

(FYI, been off analogs for 2 months now. When I started at work, everyone was supportive, curious, and watched me like a hawk. Now they just ignore me, and I'm treated like any other smoker in the smoking area (I don't smoke at my desk). Funny, they stink now....)

I love mine and their customer service is awesome! The vapor is great and the batteries last longer than my other brands. Now, the vapor is not quite as good as my Vapor King 510 but a very, very close second. Thanks for the review, good job!

the bloog was my first ecig, i have a few mods, etc now though.


it always performed well, except the charger. it flat out, straight up - sucked. I'd have to hold it, wiggle, fiddle, get rubber bands, just to HOPE it would engage. The batt didn't thread into the device.

I've had this model for about 5-6 months. Mike sent me out a replacement charger this week, which now has threads, for no charge. I received it this morning, and it works great.

I can't recommend them enough. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. (even 6 months later...i was pretty impressed.)

It strikes me as very weird when I see people say they don't get a response or they received horrible CS from bloog. Antoinette and Mike have both been prompt to respond to emails/calls, and have been a pleasure to buy from. I suppose ymmv, but i've not had a bad experience with them. Shipping times have always been excellent.

If you are considering the bloog, IMHO you can't go wrong there.

I am very pleased with my Bloog, I got the Pass Through and carts, The pass through died on it's first use and when I contacted Bloog, I got a phone call from Angelia and an email, she quickly sent out a new for me. I am very impressed with Bloog ... They go out of thier way to make sure you are happy!

Okay so my Bloog didn't actually come today it came on Halloween. But I wanted to give myself a chance to really try it out before leaving a post about it here. I have to say overall I'm pretty happy with it. It has completely replaced real cigs for me and so far the performance has been great (with the exception of a couple of bad cartomizers, but they said they will replace those).
I would be interested in knowing if there are any plans of expanding the Bloog product line and accessories. At the moment I work mainly from home and needing to switch out batteries about every 3 hours isn't a real problem but when on the go it is slightly more of a hassle. Luckily I have a usb port in my trucks stereo so I can still charge the batteries on the go but if I stop for any length of time the battery no longer charges with the truck off. Therefore I'd be very interested in knowing if there are any plans for a PCC for the Bloog. I would also love to be able to get the carts in 24mg as I have tried refilling my carts (which I know Bloog does not promote) with a 24 mg liquid and have been much more impressed with the satisfaction and taste I get from these over the 16mg ones.
This is the first e-cig I have used and therefore have nothing else to compare it to but I do know that what products will be available in the future along with price/quality(as I said I have nothing to compare it to but having sifted through other sites and seen the lower costs of the products I am hopeful that the higher price of the Bloog means I am also getting a higher quality product with a longer lifespan which of course would make it worth it to me to pay the extra money) of the products is what will make the ultimate decision in whether I buy another Bloog kit or try others.

Also I'd like to say that for the few questions I have had for the CS dept. at Bloog the response/service has been great.
